Change on webmail subdomain log in screen to Plesk's log in screen so the user can manage their account directly
I was considering that to increase the security of the email accounts and so that the user has direct administration over them, if it were possible that instead of the subdomain "webmail.whatevedomain.com" being directed to a webmail login screen directly, to change it to the plesk's log in screen, since when you enable the option in email accounts of "can be used to log in to plesk", the user enters to a management screen for the email account itself, this is by using the email address as the user and their same password.

They are not programmed by the Plesk team, but by independent vendors. The functions that Plesk can control are mail server based functions and user management based functions, e.g. changing the user name (mailbox name) and password. Webmail apps that do the same to it through specific port based method. They behave like all other mail clients. Bringing both worlds into one will mean that Plesk develops and maintains their own webmail software in competition to existing solutions like SoGo, Roundcube, Horde. This would require significant resources not only for development, but also for continuous maintenance - and all that besides maintaining the integration of the other clients. There are no plans to do that at this time or in the near future.

Disable ability to login to Plesk for selected user accounts
Please add option to remove (or restrict access to) "Forgot your password" button in Plesk log in page

Server notifications should be sent using a freely configurable SMTP server and port
The sender's address of Plesk notifications can be set since Plesk 18.0.45, but it is also desirable to being able to configure the SMTP server, port, loginname, password and encryption scheme for such notifications. For example, some environments don't allow mail-out through port 25.

Mail quota won't suspend the subscription
It would be a very useful feature to have an option to configure the 'Mailbox size' limits (Service Plans > select a plan > Resources), so when the limit was reached, the subscription won't getting suspended, but all messages that are exceeded the size limit will bounce with an error message.

Sorting of mailbox sizes not possible
Plesk Obsidian
Version 18.0.48As of late, sorting of mailbox sizes is no longer possible. This was a very useful feature in previous versions to show customers which mailboxes were particularly large.

Manage email notifications for additional administrator users separately
Please allow managing email notifications for the admin user and additional admin accounts separately - for example, enable notifications for additional user A and disable them for additional user B.

Mass Email Messages Log
To see which of the plesk mass email messages has been sent when and to whom, a log of the mass mails would be great.

Do not send Qmail bounce response when a user's mailbox is full
Postfix does not send bounce notifications when a user's mailbox is full. It would be useful to disable these notifications for qmail as well.

Possibility to auto-delete emails (clear inbox, remove old emails)
It would be nice to have a possibility to create an auto-delete of emails after X days of receiving.

Please add a postfix dashboard to Advanced Monitoring / Grafana
Please add a postfix dashboard to Advanced Monitoring like this one:

Disable email notifications for a specific domain.
It would be nice to be able to disable email notifications for a specific domain.
Right now, the notifications can be managed by an account type: Administrator, Reseller or Customer. Thus, the notifications are enabled or disabled for all domain of an account. Such scenario is not suitable when the notifications are to be received globally but some customers just don't want to receive them for a specific domain.

Centralized SPAM settings
As what I can see, Im only able to control the SPAM filtering per user account address, there should be a main option where I can set all the email accounts SPAM settings like the sensibility level, and whitelisting/blacklisting.

Way to suspend outgoing mail service per-account
Like on cPanel where you have the option to suspend Outgoing mail service (SMTP) per account. Also as an idea of mine, set the email account to only allow send email inside the domain like user@domain.com he only can send to whoever@domain.com

Support Plesk Premium Email (KOLAB) more domains under one subcription !
Now you can't currently choose if you manage multiple domains in one subscription, which one you want to assign a premium to and which one you want to assign a free Plesk Premium Email version to.

Add a service plan line where not only the number of mailboxes, but also the number of mail addresses can be limited
Currently, it is only possible to limit mailbox creation for a subscription, but mail accounts could be further created, exceeding this limit, which could confuse end users.

Be able to disable/hide Mail Forwarding
Mail forwarding, when sent externally, can cause IP reputation issues due to forwarded spam.
When users setup an email account via Plesk panel, they are given the option to "Switch on mail forwarding". It would be nice to either disable or hide this option from plesk panel. If
that's not possible, then only offer users to forward email locally instead of forwarding to external email accounts7 votesCould you clarify that we correctly got the case:
