Prevent Plesk's background services to communicate to services on the internet on servers that are placed on a private network/intranet .
Create a feature that enables switch off background services on Plesk like Extension catalog, Application (APS) catalog, KA service to trying to communicate with external Plesk's service servers on the internet.
It will be usefull on Plesk servers that will be placed on internal/intranet networks were access to the internet is not possible, since requests to external services makes Plesk UI slow as the connection to external services fails.3 votesThere are no plans to make Plesk a web server control panel for servers that are not connected to the Internet. For licensing, updates and server functions such as SSL with OCSP stapling it is also required to have Internet access. Access Webmail via IP address. For example 203.0.113.2/webmail.
So it is not needed to have a domain resolving to any DNS in order to access the webmail.
3 votesThis request did not gain popularity over many years. Also, from other reports we are seeing a strong demand for security which could not be met with an IP-only solution, because no SSL would be possible. We must decline this feature.

different SSL certificates with courier server
To secure a Plesk mail server with different SSL certificates (SNI enabled), it requires to have dovecot:

2 votesAs Dovecot can be considered the successor of Courier and provides many more capabilities, there are no plans to invest into upgrading features for outdated servers. This request has also only received 2 votes. It did not become popular. We must decline it.

Smartermail posting option
We are using Plesk with remote smartermail server. When creating a mailing list in Plesk, only the Moderator can send "Post" to that mailing list by default. We manually have to go into smartermail as domain admin and change the the Posting to "Anyone" which should be the default settings. We would like to have this option available in Plesk.2 votesThis feature request is mainly about a default configuration request of Smartermail, an external component. It also did not gain popularity during the past years. And as mentioned in the comments, Smartermail has already improved their product to include more options in the settings. For these reasons we must decline the request.

Import existing accounts from SmarterMail remote to Plesk
In case Smartermail has an existing mail accounts for example.com, connecting the remote SmarterMail to Plesk should allow to import such an accounts.

Email Notification when the hostind is ending
To configure an email to notify customers that their domain or hosting will end. I'd say a month before, and on the same date, although it could be configurable.
And also to be send to my email.

Add hidden mail forwarding option
There should be an option to forward mail without letting the customer know it is enabled (to the extent permitted by the law).
Currently, it is possible to hide all mail settings from a service plan or subscription. More granular control to hide mail forwarding only, or an option to enable it separate from the customer's own forwarding settings, would help monitor malicious content.

Premium Mail/Calendar Planner View to plan employee times
Right now you can only see a mixed calendar with your employees shared calendar.
We need a clean calendar with horizontal fields for PC and vertical sorting for mobile.
It should be possible to show only meeting title or time and meeting title as now.

Email security: different server-wide settings for mailboxes and forwarders
We would like to change, server-wide, our forwarders to DROP spam and our mailboxes to MOVE spam to the spam folder.

Emails in sections
It would be nice to get the email addresses listed so that the emails from domain 1 are together and the emails from domain 2 are underneath, ... and so on.
Example;

On Spam Filter / Advanced Settings, please replace 'White List' and 'Black List' with less racially-sensitive terms. For 'Black List' you could use, 'Blocked List', 'Banned List', 'Embargoed', etc. For 'White List' you could use, 'Trusted List', 'Acceptable List', 'Reliable List', etc.

We are the authors of the software you and your hosting provider are using, and unfortunately, we cannot help with this particular request because we do not host your website. Update Plesk Multi-Server for Plesk Obsidian 18.0
Many users have multiple Plesk servers, and the ability to manage various components of all servers from a central point would streamline a lot of processes.
Ideally this would have a central DNS server so domains/customers could be moved between servers automatically.

Please be aware that based on the customer feedback, performance indicators and our vision of the product development we have decided to put the development of Plesk Multi Server on hold.
Now we are considering other options to provide management tools to replace this solution.
