Implement IMMEDIATELY, compatibility between linux and windows system!!!
It is not serious to sell a paltform without interoperability between s.o. This limitation is very awflul, and not serious.
the usefulness of a platform is the possibility to have a flawless exchange between operating systems too.
Until you don't implement the interoperability, you should allow the exchange between linux and windows licences... We' ve tried the transfer between a linux based system and a windows based system... after a lot of work, we reverted to a linux based system on the new server, but we are not able to revert the linux license in a windows license... this is…1 voteWhat do you mean then you’re saying about “flawless exchange between operating systems”? And what is “the exchange between linux and windows licences”? Can you clarify what scenarios you are asking about?

Changing PHP settings does not trigger Event Handler Physical Hosting Updated
In Plesk 12.5 when I go to Hosting Settings and change PHP version, the trigger for Physical Hosting Updated does not get run.
I have a Drupal site with Drush where I would like to update the path to the current PHP binary the site is using.
This can be done via a script that writes to <HomeDir>/.profileexport PATH=/opt/plesk/php/5.6/bin:$PATH

Please help me. I've been upload my website files, but I cant open it.
My subdomain is perpus.on.lc
I've uploads my files in httpdocs directory, but i cant run php installer ( http://www.perpus.on.lc/install/install.php ).

Disable SSL for a Domain not possible. Plesk Cert is always presented.
It is not possible to disable SSL for a Domain completely.
Server Cert is presented to customers.

I can not download a file with APK extension
I Uploaded an android application (a file with APK extension) but I can not download it from the server esily like a ZIP file for example .. Why ? Is there a solution for this issue?

Tech support Team needs to be more active
Tech Team, never response to the ticket within 24 hours. we as customer have to followup everytime.
Even after calling to Tech Team, they just speek of them and disconnect the call, and never try to understand what we say...
they are never ready to listen and answer to our questions.
i feel very bad when i talk and the call get drop off from Tech department.very bad.
1 voteSorry, this is a complain on support team rather than an idea for a product, so we will have to close it. The right way to handle your negative experience would be to complete the survey available after your ticket is closed. You can also request an escalation in the ticket.
Overall statistics indicate that the support team responds most of the tickets within 24 hours. You can post your ticket id in comments and we will pass the feedback to support supervisor for further investigation.

plesk migration mananger - bugfix
i will explain with a example.
My hosting plan has 2Gb of email box space.
i had a customer (subscription) that was inside of this Plan but him space box was 4gb (customized) during Migration manager only 2Gb was migrated, causing a from client view information lost.will be good to migrate all data without concern about Plan space settings.
1 voteCould you please explain your request in more details? To reproduce the issue, we need to know which versions of Plesk were used at source and destination servers. Which versions of operating systems were used? Also we need to know how the migration was made — did you try to migrate whole server or a few subscriptions including the one with the mailbox that you mentioned, which had 4 GB of data?
