Pre-schedule setting to set the sending of out of office message on [dd/MM/yy] and auto cut off the out of office on [dd/MM/yy].
Hi, our users inform me that they will be out of office on next month 1 June to 10 June, because I will be on leave on the same period and go to deep sea diving without internet.
Please add feature in the Linux email server out of office function, to allow pre-schedule setting to set the sending of out of office message on [dd/MM/yy] and auto cut off the out of office message on [dd/MM/yy].

open the firewall for php "imap_open".
I need to see how many emails have arrived in a mailbox.
In php using:
imap_open("{imaps.bluewin.ch:993/imap4/ssl}", $ktname, $paswd,
NULL, 1, array('DISABLE_AUTHENTICATOR' => 'GSSAPI'));
results in a timeout-Error.
Does your firewall block this command?
1 voteYou can check the firewall settings of your server in Plesk if you open “Tools & Settings” > “Firewall” and there “Firewall Rules” tab. Let us know if it doesn’t help.

Windows spamassassin
Please update dictionary of rules, because not work good. A lot of spam arrive.
1 voteSpamAssassin brings up2date rules when installed or updated. However SpamAssassin is self-learning technology and the default rules do not guarantee you won’t receive spam. You need to regularly train SpamAssassin by moving mail into Spam folder. You can also adjust SpamAssassin sensitivity to lower level (but that my result in false positives).

get disk space calculations right
On a 10Gb disk space plan VPP indicates I'm at 65% usage, i.e. 6.5Gb and yet all I've actually used is 1,743 Gb.
It took me ages to figure out where my space had gone, Plesk stole it!
Part of the problem and not the whole problem it seems is that the actual disk space aliased domains is equal to the domain they are an alias for, so, if you have a domain (say) using 1.5Gb of space the alias shows 1.5Gb and the disk space used is calculated to be 3Gb not 1.5Gb.
1 voteIt’s OK if you have about 5Gb of disk space used by OS and software installed. You can ask your provider to help you with understanding what exactly consumes disk space in your case.
i.e. you could have some backups stored at your disk.
As for domain aliases in Plesk, they have no impact on calculation of your VPS disk usage.

there's no button to create a database when I'm in my Domains tab
I can't find the option to create/edit a database.

keep webmail servece un-interrupted and up 99.99%
webmail for domain lambros-global.com having issues since last 7 days connection timeout while attaching document or downloading from inbox even if on lease line of high speed same issue where as on gmail we are working without interrupt and after complaining no one is answering

Most probably you meant to send this complain to your hosting provider. We develop software which they use, but we cannot influence the quality of server operations.

Add browse window to Odin Plesk, Wordpress Add Theme
In Plesk > Subscription > Domain > Websites & Domains > Manage Themes > add a browse button to browse the file system for a theme and/or plugin. Right now it has only a search which searches for an entry from somewhere. If one would buy a theme and/or plugin and download that theme and/or plugin and have it in their file system they need to be able to install the theme and/or plugin from the filesystem. Not all themes are readily available in a search, especially ones that are purchased and custom made.

Resize your video tutorials so they fit a computer screen. Scrolling during a video is difficult and it still doesn't show dialogue boxes.
It's great you have video tutorials for us beginners, however videos should not require scrolling to see the educational screen area. Even when scrolled to the top there are instructional dialogue boxes which pop up above the top of the screen that cannot be read because only the bottom part of the box barely shows. (I'm using Mozilla Firefox 36.0.4

1 voteYou could have had answer sooner if you posted this question in the http://forum.odin.com (as suggested right above the input form).
In general, you can change your DNS (if IP is hosted elsewhere) or just make sure this IP is recognized by server (reload IPs is necessary) and then select proper IP for your site in settings.
