  1. Troubleshoot Smart static files processing

    When I enable the "Smart static files processing" setting, a lot of my websites just render a white page.
    I have no idea on how to troubleshoot this, I don't see any errors in the nginx or apache log files.

    Where should I start?

  3. Amend so that Win XP user can access

    Seems clear but in case: Plesk does not propose the log in screen when opened from a WinXP platform. Thus supporting MS efforts to obliterate WinXP.

  4. Fix DirectAdmin NS records during migration

    Concerning the following error when migrating from DirectAdmin:

    "Failed to convert DNS records for subscription 'example.com'
    Migration for that subscription is considered completely failed. No further actions are performed for it.
    Migration tools tried to perform operation in 3 attempts: label empty or too long"

    This error requires NS records from DirectAdmin that use "." as a value to be manually fixed to "ns1.example.com". Is there any chance of having those records changed automatically during migration rather than simply failing with an error in the future? Or perhaps at least having the error specify the record(s) it takes issue with?

  6. Plesk sbin mailmng-outgoing utility applies changes in UI

    Currently, the changes made with plesk sbin mailmng-outgoing utility don't change the information inside of the Plesk UI.
    It'll be useful to add such a feature, so the changes that were made with mailmng-outgoing utility will be shown inside of the Plesk UI, e.g. if the command plesk sbin mailmng-outgoing --set-mailname-limits --domain-name=example.com --mailname=test --out-limit=250 was executed, then inside of the Plesk>Tools&Settings>Outgoing Mail Control>Domains> example.com the 250 value was displayed.

  7. Add Support for the Outlook Calendar HTML Format(e.g. add Signatures, Images in the Appointment Body)

    When you have a Microsoft Account Email, you can add your Mail Signature, images, etc... to the Appointment, I'm guessing because it's HTML Format instead of Text only.

    Could you implement having Appointments as HTML Format, and if so an Option for that to be synced with the Outlook Calendar.

    Screenshot 1 is the Plesk Calendar, Second one is the Outlook one.
    Although you can change the Plesk Calendar to HTML, it doesn't work, so i'm figuring it's not implemented yet

  8. Fix the problem with wordpress tool kit ! Simples .

    Why has the problem with Plesk wordpress tool kit not been fixed? Why no communication from godaddy about this? Other hosting sites dont seem to be having this problem . Why did I not go cpanel.....

  9. Modify the delivery date of the SSL certificate expiration notification

    An email notification from expiry@letsencrypt.org is being sent 1 day before SSL expiration date.
    It would be good to be able to change that notification date for a different one, for example 10 days.

    Thank you for your input! We can't consider this as a feature in the Plesk product because these notifications are generated by Let's Encrypt. In the same time, it is already implemented on Let's Encrypt side.

    "If you provide an email address to Let’s Encrypt when you create your account, we’ll do our best to automatically send you expiry notices when your certificate is coming up for renewal. We try to send the first notice at 20 days before your certificate expires, and more notices at 10 days and 1 day before it expires. We recommend that you rely on your ACME client to automatically renew your certificates, and only use these expiry notices as a warning to check on your automation."   10. FIle Editor is unusable at all with RTL language

    Hello,

    I've already sent you this "idea" 2 years ago and this bug doesn't get fixed.

    When you set your plesk language to any RTL, the file editor changes all text direction to the right. Which makes it impossible to edit any file. Its not supposed to be a feature, but a bug that must be fixed ASAP.

  12. Allow WPML Multi-stage licenses in wp-config

    If we add the line "define( 'OTGSINSTALLERSITEKEYWPML', 'your-site-key' );" in the wp-config, for keep our WPML license between dev et prod stages, the Wordpress-toolkit detect a problem and won't copy data. Please fix it.

  13. Plesk should generate the TXT record for _acme-challenge regardless of the status of BIND

    If BIND has failed/does not start during Let's Encrypt certificate renewal, so there was no TXT record for _acme-challenge generated.
    Plesk should generate the TXT record regardless of the status of BIND.

  14. have a section called "payment methods"

    you have emailed my to ask me to update my card using the "payment methods" section, but this section does not exist, and there is no way I can put in my new card details.

  15. Mail autodiscover with "no hosting" subscription

    Mail autodiscover doesn't seems to work, when a subscription hasn't got a hosting! For example when a subscription only uses email but no website hosting.

    Please fix this.

  16. Clear Domain Remnants

    Not sure if it is a local problem with my hosting provider, or a global software problem.

    I had plenty domain aliases.
    I deleted them as domain aliases, and then tried to add them as main domains.

    I received the error: "This DNS record already exists."
    And I could not add the domains.

    So either the software is not set to clean domain remnants, when a domain is being deleted, or it is a local problem with my hosting provider.

  17. Bring back the old Plesk, along with the best service (like in the glory days)

    Being a customer from (almost) the first hour back in 1999 we have seen a lot of (bad) changes in and around Plesk.

    However the last approx. 4 years things have become far more worse. This was the exact same time Plesk was acquired by British Oakley Capital Limited (investment company).

    They also acquired (under the portfolio name WebPros) cPanel, WHMCS, SolusVM and others. And they all suffer from the exact same things!

    The Plesk product is becoming worse by every new "update" and we have experienced already two (massive) price increases.

    So I vote Plesk to become a stand-alone…

  18. My search bar black on Chrome

    I noticed that my search bar in Chrome turned black. This happened after the updates that I applied to my site. I read about this problem, but I cannot understand what the relationship is.

  19. Code Editor closes when searching and pressing ESC

    In the "Code Editor" editing a file (html, js, etc) in the panel, I search using CRTL+F but when I press ESC the "Code Editor" screen closes in place of just remove the search function, that is the expected behaviour, close the called function not the tab. Please fix this UX problem.
