  1. Get **** that works better!

    I have tried to add a web page twice and installed wordpress twice. It still just shows the spash page. I called support yesterday and wasted an hour and it just stated working. Then stopped again today. Time to find a new provider.

  2. Display a link to the next page of email accounts when using Android Firefox in a cafe

    Recently while out and about I needed to make an adjustment to an account starting with "w" and could not get past the "j"s.

    Not necessarily a Plesk problem. More likely Samsung 7 Android firefox.

  5. make the uploads and deletions go faster.

    The file manager takes too long to delete or upload basic html files. It shouldn't take 10 minutes to upload 26 MB of files/directories.

  6. Password Strength Policy

    I would like to make a suggestion. The description of password strength for strong is a little misleading as someone who puts in all the characters required with the proper length can still be considered Medium strength until some extra characters are added. The description should be a little more accurate regarding that and I would like to see that long password phrases of varied words be considered as strong or higher quality passwords

  8. Fix the scheduled backup lists page - bug alert

    On this page -> https://***.xxxxx.com:8443/modules/scheduled-backups-list/?context=extensionButton_1, when you click on any of the column headings, they are supposed to sort by that column. This is true on all except for the "Name" column. When I click on "Name", the column doesn't sort either way.

  9. Creating a new Website creates a default favicon.ico which is of size 256x256 (This was with Plesk Onyx). But the size should be 16x16.

    Hope this is the correct categorie (means creating a new website)
    I thought, oh I have to create my favicon in the size of 256x256. But this was not correct. So please, use the correct size.
    I'm working with IrfanView when I'm checking, creating and changing ico's

    Unable to update PLSK.00000000.0000: an error occurred while processing your key. You can try to retrieve the key manually in Plesk (Tools & Settings > License Management) or let Plesk try to update it in the next 24 hours. If you do not want to receive this notification any more, remove this key from Plesk.

  15. Messages with a different timestamp after importings

    After importing mails correctly the customer complained that all mails were being displayed with the date/time of the import operation (eg. instead of the actual message date/time

    Lots of research (including Plesk forums and support docs) and I just found out that this is a recurring issue with importing mails. When displaying messages to the user, the mail server uses the message file's actual date and time instead of the date and time present in the message's headers. This causes problems even with messages restored from a backup, if the restore operation does not preserve the original files' timestamps.

  18. Hability to work more flexible with Plesk UI Log viewer

    Customer mention that the actual use of Plesk UI Log viewer doesnt load enough data.
    So it makes difficult the way of the search filter works, the "load previous log entries" need to be press several times before you can select specific timeframe.
