Update PCI Compliance Guide in documention
Hello,
the guide for creating PCI Compliance on linux servers is outdated in Plesk obsidian. Apache log rotation
Apache log rotation
Good Morning,
Why do the log files "logs / access_log.processed" not reach me by email if I have the option "Set log rotation" and it appears as "rotated"?
Before, the records came to me perfectly, but lately they only get to the mail for a few days.
Can you help me with the problem?

Logfiles Filter is Pointless Obsidian Version 18.0.25 Update #2 Windows
The Logfile filter is pretty redundant and no point having it there as it will only filter the results shown on screen at that time.
So if I want to view the previous days logs and choose yesterdays date and press Apply it doesn't filter anything because yesterday's logs aren't loaded unless you keep scrolling up and press load more. To be able to view the previous day's logs you have to press "Load More" multiple times to the point where it's not worth it (especially on high traffic sites) and just log into remote desktop instead. if you try…

Plesk Search Slow Version 18.0.25 Update #2
We recently updated from Onyx to Obsidian on one of our servers. Previously in Onyx and other Plesk versions there was a search in the top left column that was fantastic for searching for subscriptions and very fast.
In Obsidian this has been moved to the top of the right column, searching for domain names/subscriptions is incredibly slow to the point where it's quicker to click subscriptions and search using the search fields on that page.
Whatever you've done in Obsidian to the search it's much worse than it was before. Hardware and processing wise the server is way more…

Format min_password_strength output value of plesk bin server_pref -s command
The minpasswordstrength output value of plesk bin serverpref -s command doesn't match validation regex for plesk bin serverpref -u -minpasswordstrength:
regex: '/^(?:veryweak|weak|medium|strong|verystrong)$/'
minpasswordstrength output values:
Stronger
Strong
Mediocre
Weak
VeryWeakSuch mismatch causes problematic constellation when minpasswordstrength output value is used for automation scripts.

I can't find the Watchdog extension for Plesk Obsidian 18.0.21
The Watchdog extensión doesn't appear on the search bar in the extension panel. Any suggestion?

Ensure the certificate details and name are proper
The certificate displayed during FTP process has a wired certificate name. Sometimes antivirus restrict logging to plesk admin also due to weird name. Ensure server name is related to common names like PleskAdmin.com like that

Update account name
My account was created with the name of a user who no longer works at the company.
I would like to know how to proceed to change the name of the account in PLESK.The Service Provider said it cannot change the account name.
I see that this is a simple task to do and must be evaluated before we or the service provider can change the account name.Thanks

domain spam
Hello Plesk Team,
We are getting inconvenient number of spams emails and few times our genuine emails are also getting dropped.
we like to block the Such Spam email on our domain . We are unable to find such setitings per domain, to Blacklist or whitelist the incoming domains for email delivery.
Kindly blacklist the following the following Sender.
- International payments department b.berdigaliev@autodom-t.kzWhitelist:
mibs.com.mm
mascon.biz.Above white-list has to be implemented on all Plesk Hosted Domain.

Wildcard server name passing
I allow cnaming to my domain. so if someone visit my wildcard subdomain site using a cname. For example subdomain.example2.com to subdomain2.example.com. In PHP I would like to get the $SERVER['SERVERNAME'] as subdomain2.example.com instead of _.example.com
I use example.com and *.example.com for all subdomains.

Unable to download large backup files through backup manager in plesk
Hello,
We have a backup file of 103 GB size. While trying to download the backup through backup manager by clicking the green arrow in the backup list. It starts to download but fails. Backup is stored in a different locations, so FTP won't helps. Please suggest any download manager helps to keeps the browser connection while backup is prepared. Download manager handle the backups as they usually allow for restarting an interrupted download as well as error checking to ensure the file is completely downloaded. Will this corrupt the backup file? Please advise.
