  1. blacklist subdirectories of domains

Inside Tools & Settings > Mail Server Settings > Black List > Add Addresses. I want to black list all sub directory domains such as ..us but i cannot because

Separate multiple addresses with a new line, a white space, a tab, a comma, or a semicolon. There must be no non-ASCII characters to the left of the @ sign. Addresses can contain "" and "?" wildcards (for example, *@domain.com, user?@.com). Non-ASCII parts of domain names must not contain wildcards. I do not want to block domains such as .us just the all the sub domains directory…

Make it clear that Sub-domains can be removed in the file Manager / Classic view,
Your answer to [Ticket ID: 719330] Sub-domain removal said that this was not possible and that Sub-Domains could only be disabled.

  8. Prevent Duplicate Daily Maintenance Task

Sometimes the Plesk daily maintenance task takes a long time to complete, which may even cross over to the next day on a server hosting 300+ domains. As a result we end up with multiple Daily Maintenance Scripts running in parallel and causing heavy load on the server.
    A feature should be added to the Plesk Daily Maintenance Script to;
    1. check for any existing Daily Maintenance Scripts processes
    2. send a mail to Plesk Administrator of this issue
    3. exit without launching a duplicate task

The best way to change OS is Plesk migration to the other host with newer OS installed from scratch. It guarantees there will be no surprise in the middle as everything is working on source server during migration and by the moment when provider switch IP/DNS to new sites location.

There is no straight path for OS CentOS6 to 7 upgrade itself. There is some tool listed on CentOS wiki https://wiki.centos.org/TipsAndTricks/CentOSUpgradeTool where they said “do not use this tool”. As soon as there is official path of CentOS upgrade from this OS development, we can consider in-place dist-upgrade in Plesk.

We do not have plans to support Windows2008 to Windows2012 in-place dist-upgrade yet. There are also limitations from Microsoft on which 2008 edition can be upgraded into which 2012: https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/askcore/2012/10/23/upgrading-to-windows-server-2012-part-1/ so the upgrade itself is not that straight as it looks.

Could you clarify the scenario you are asking about? How exactly do you want to remove directories? Do you try to remove them using File Manager in Plesk, FTP client, or something else? Do you mean Plesk for Windows or Plesk for Linux? Please explain your request in more detail.

  15. Automatically generate IPv6 addresses from IPv6 range in Plesk

IPv6 addresses have to be entered manually in Plesk. It would be nice if we could provide Plesk with an IPv6 range, after which Plesk creates random unique IPv6 addresses from that range (like cPanel does).

This idea was mentioned in the Plesk forum: https://talk.plesk.com/threads/adding-a-whole-range-instead-of-individual-ipv6-addresses.334349/

  16. Give resellers the privilege to change main domain names

Only admin can change main domain names unless we uncheck the "Server Management" >> "Tools & Settings" >> "Server Settings" >> "Forbid customers to change the name of their main domain" which gives the ability for everybody of the server.

It will be great if also resellers can do it.

    Install Web Cache Plesk 12.5.xx

    [ The anchorCache® hehigh-performance object caching system ever. ]

anchorCache® is a high-performance, distributed object caching system, generic in nature, but intended for use in speeding up dynamic web applications by alleviating database load.

anchorCache® dropped the database load to almost nothing, yielding faster page load times for users, better resource utilization. It is simple yet powerful.

If you render webpages dynamically (using PHP) that are used to display relatively static websites or content, you may want to consider caching the page for a period of time.

It’s particularly useful if your static website makes…
