You maybe a user of Plesk in the following roles:
1) owner of Customer or Reseller account at someone's else Plesk server. Given that your username is not "admin" I think it is the most likely case
2) owner of a Plesk server
In this case you shall know your Plesk license key, it looks like PLSK.12345678.1234if you can tell this number, we can check the license status
2A)As an owner of a Plesk server you might have purchased your license key from Odin (Parallels). In this case you need to check the status of your license in the Online Store. https://shop.parallels.com:8443/plesk-billing/client/index.php/default?ctr=login&act=893
If license is still valid, then you have technical issue - try to reload license from Plesk interface and see error messages if any. You can contact support as well at http://www.odin.com/support/ 2B) Or you might have purchased your license from some other company. Then you must go to them and ask for assistance.
