  1. Maybe it shouldn't take Plesk 20 minutes to update a password? Just a thought.

    Set a new ftp password. Spinning for twenty minutes. Really?

  2. Ensure the certificate details and name are proper

    The certificate displayed during FTP process has a wired certificate name. Sometimes antivirus restrict logging to plesk admin also due to weird name. Ensure server name is related to common names like PleskAdmin.com like that
