Please add second (and third or more) emails address for customer's contact info to receive notification email
My client always asking for adding another email contact to receive notification email. In case of first email contact didn't read his email everyday, so second or another email contact can get notice too.

File Sharing per Domain / per Usergroup / per User
I really like to use the File Sharing option Plesk provides in the current release. Using Tools like NetDrive, it is easily possible to mount a netdrive in windows explorer with access to the file sharing folder.
However, for the time being, once you upload a file into the shared-folder, every admin of plesk has access to it. I really would appreciate it, to have more control over access rights. Add an extra option in file manager: ftp transfer, so after I can select a group of files and entered ftp data I can move files without downloading and uploading. Possibility blocking some web-page on customer's web-sites, when receive query from Policy, etc to block web-page or possibility blocking file web.config, i.e. set read-only to customer's, that customer's cannot modify or delete, permt only read.

Hi, we don’t plan to add Codeigniter into our list of applications, however Plesk can be integrated with Softaculous app manager which apparently has support for Codeigniter

migrate all MassMail Templates as well.
When migrating from one parallels to another and setting the migration to total copy, the mailtemplates (in this case MassMails) are not copied.
MassMails from the system are used very often to update reseller and costumer internally about procedures and critical updates.

Administrator Subscription Information Push
Often we get requests for forgotten passwords etc. We have to recreate the password and email to the client. It would be great if we could login to the CP as admin and simply re-send the password to the client with the click of a button.
This could also be able to re-send the welcome message fo rthe subscription.

Show 3000 MB as 3.0 GB and not 2.9 GB (as currently in plesk 11.5.30)
use 1000 and not 1024 to calculate:
3000 / 1024 = 2.9296875 -> 2,9 (wrong)
3000 / 1000 = 3 -> 3.0 (correct)1 voteSorry, historically we prefer binary definition of GB, which is 1024 MB. And MB is 1024 KB.
If entering “3072 Mb” is inconvenient for you, you can always enter “3 GB” explicitly using “GB” suffix in a dropdown,Thank you

exceptions
you could do so that when a domain is personalized and therefore is no longer synchronized with the plan, you can clearly see the exceptions made to this rule in a window ajax exactly the same way as the summary of the entry marked with (?). I assure you that this thing would be very useful to remember over time as we spoke on the custom domain!

add an option to send multiple warning emails after the disk space warning threshold has been crossed.
Hi,
When a customer goes over the disk space "warning" threshold, they're sent an email as you would expect.
If the customer stays between the warning threshold and the disk space limit for some time they will more than likely forget about the warning email they were sent. The next time they know there's an issue is when their subscription has been cut-off for over use.
Please add an option to allow multiple warning emails to be sent, perhaps on a schedule (eg, weekly/monthly etc).

Increase Firewall Activation Timeout
When I update my firewall settings, I have to apply them, then activate them, then there is the option to preview or I can go ahead and confirm.
On the last stage I have to wait for the update to be applied.
The page times out with an error, but when I try reloading that page (with the retry button) it goes through.
It appears as though whatever it is doing when the settings are being updated it doesn't allow enough time for completion.
Please could you consider increasing the time out so that this page response failure doesn't occur.

Provide a link to change root password
It might just be me, but I can't seem to find a way of changing the root passowrd in Plesk. A link to it would be nice.
1 voteWe think root password has to be changed from SSH. We are not adding root password change into Plesk CP for obvious security concerns.

More domains in the basic package. All other competitive companies provide a basic package of services 999 domains.
I understand that it may be in the basic package, 30 subscriptions. Why is not that the one subsybcje can create unlimited domain and sub-domain data?
1 voteI see now. You purchased 30 domain server from OVH. If you need Unlimited domains license, you need to purchase it from OVH, another Plesk reseller or Parallels directly (http://www.parallels.com/eu/store/plesk/).
The limit is for domains, not for subscriptions. Licenses for larger amount of domains will be more expensive.
