Correct the xml api for adding members to maillinglist, removing members from maillinglist and removing mailing lists.
For those events there is no way to filter the domain of the mailing lists. So when there is the same mailing list for two domains the api gets crazy and do the action in both lists.

I've been looking for the feature but I didn't find it. Sticky menus look great on webpages. I hope you can introduce this feature soon.

User resoucrce usage calculation algorithm for traffic is incorrect
calculate the used traffic per duration and on a 30 day's period.
For example :
My client buy subscription with (5Gb/month limit) 20th of May. And we that 5Gb limit will be till 20th of June, not till 31th of May.plesk calculate the usage on the date base and will reset the usage statistics on the first day of each month. THIS IS INCORRECT
Please change this algorithm in future updates.

Better Multi-Server API Support and Documentation
Current documentation doesn't sufficiently cover which settings are needed for which XML API calls when in a multi-server context.
Furthermore, some calls require the service node to be specified, this defeats the purpose of having a single management node to manage subscriptions.
It requires the API caller to have knowledge of the individual service nodes and where the management node has provisioned them. The management node should automatically pass the call to the relevant service node so as to benedit from the single API entry point.

In some cases when we sign up for a vps on some provider it came with all default and everything installed in C: but when we request for more disk they provide in another drive like d: for example.

I suggest you become competent and provide services paid for.
For example: do not ask me to create a ticket when being assisted on the phone.
For example, I suggest plesk opens on the correct domain.
Also, menus to be more intuitive, as they are completely obscur for now.
And finally helpers to be motivated.

It is not always possible to solve the problem by simply talking on the phone. It is often necessary to investigate the problem directly on your server. Therefore, the creation of a ticket is a prerequisite for solving the problem.

What do you mean? Which domain is correct and which is incorrect for Plesk? Need separate feature request with all necessary details and descriptions if it is really FEATURE request.

Rake file user input
Currently when running a rake file the console will not accept user input, but some rake files require user input.

make it easy to pay your invoice it should only take 1 minute to do it.
IT SHOULD NOT BE SO HARD TO MAKE A PAYMENT A 2ND GRADER SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO IT. I AM CONSTANTLY CLICKING PAY INVOICE AND IT KEEPS SAYING OTHER STUFF THIS HAPPENS EVERY SINGLE MONTH KNOWING I USE THE SAME CARD THIS IS DREADFU;

Reload PHP-FPM only once with `/usr/local/psa/bin/php_settings -u` (Plesk 12.5)
To update custom PHP-FPM pool settings, the command
/usr/local/psa/bin/php_settings -ushould be used to include any new custom files from /var/www/vhosts/system/*/conf/php.iniHowever, this command seems to reload PHP-FPM for every subscription, which will cause unnecessary downtime on servers with a larger number of subscriptions.
This behavior was fixed only for the newest version of Plesk Onyx (17.5).
Unfortunately it was not fixed for Plesk 12.5 yet, which is still supported by Plesk.This issue could expectedly be solved quite easily, by modifying the script in
/usr/local/psa/bin/php_settingsto only perform a single PHP-FPM reload only once, at the end of…1 voteLet’s discuss it on the forum.

A lot of hosting providers make it possible to not only redirect a alias to a domain, but also to a specific page of domain. For example to plesk.com/forums instead of pleask.com
