Duplicate the "Add a new Alias" link to the top of the email aliases page.
I would like the user email aliases page to be ordered alphabetically and also have the "Add new Aliases" link at the top of the pager also.
It is common practice now to use aliases and not a catch all to prevent and remove aliases that are being spammed, but when a user has a couple of hundred aliases you have to scroll right to the bottom to find the link, also to remove an alias means searching the page as the list is not Alpha sorted.

Create default IMAP folders on Inbox create
At the moment no folders created on server side. If a customer is creating a mailbox and configure this for example on iOS, the mobile device searching for "Sent", "Trash", "Drafts", and "Spam" folders to map. If nothing found iOS creating local folders and map them.
So it would be great if the default folders could be configured inside the mailbox create form in plesk gui to prevent wrong mappings.
1 voteMail server does not create any folders with specified names. These IMAP folders are created by one of mail clients that is used to access mailbox.

Make greylist compatible with uservoice.com
Currently uservoice.com is still trying to send me mail, but always using another relay-xx.uservoice.com server, thus getting stuck in the greylist again and again.

Prefix based catchall
With a GMAIL account it is possible to receive emails sent to firstname.lastname+<variable>@gmail.com
So if I sign up for example to Amazon, I can register with firstname.lastname+amazon@gmail.com.
This can be very useful to see, who is selling my email address and to prevent spam.1 voteThank you for your input!

create folders when connecting to new mail account with Outlook 2013, or have an option to create standard folders with account creation
Outlook 2013 appears to be unable to configure its folder settings properly when it connects to a new and blank imap account.
(It locally creates its own Sent folder on the top level and then isn't able to synchronize.)
Outlook 2013 DOES configure itself properly when the standard folders have been created by a less stupid program, like Roundcube or Thunderbird. (To fix Outlook after that, 1.) move the unsynced messages somewhere safe 2.) delete the corresponding .ost while Outlook is closed or just delete and recreate that whole account.)It would help greatly if Plesk could have an option…

Download and Upload for the Email-Blacklist in order to make ist possivle to edit it externally
The idea was already mentioned below but is closed for voting.
So I'ld like to repeat the request of either allowing Wildcards for domainnames for the email-blacklist (and whitlist) or the possibility to dowanload the blacklist for editing in a local editor and uploading it afterwards.
We have 100reds of domainnames like webklickXXX.win where *** means a numer from 001 to 999. Wildcards or external editing would allow to avoid entering each of those domains into the blacklist.

Export and import settings and all email adresses
Two times crashed the drives and all my data incl. all my settings and all created email adresses where lost.
If I can export and download my settings in my Plesk panel, I can import it and all is like it was before.There is a solution, but I can not find this in my Plesk Panel.

SPF options for customer domain
Allow the customer to define his SPF settings for his domain using a interface like it exists for the admin onTools & Settings > Mail Server Settings (in the Mail group).
Having it on Websites & Domains > Mail Settings it would be much easier to get customers configured it correctly instead of adding a TXT entry on the nameservers

Please consider creating separate feature requests for each of the items below:
- archiving facility for users to store both incoming and out going copy of mail box in a separate folder
- mail box which is of a readable format without any restoration

Domain forwarders send copies of all of a domain's incoming email to another domain. Domain forwarders override the default address for the forwarded domain.
The Forward All Email for a Domain table lists all of the domain forwarders for your account.
Domain forwarders only forward email when the system cannot deliver it to an address or autoresponder. For example, if a user sends an email to the john@example1.com address, the following actions might take place:

Choose mail certificate per ip
If you have several ip-addresses on your server it should be possible to choose a different certificate for each ip address.
