Allow email accounts to change their own Webmail/SMTP/POP3 passwords without creating a Plesk user
We have lots of staff members who need an email address, but should not have access to Plesk in any way at all. Currently, the only way for them to choose a password, is to choose one and tell the Plesk Administrator what that password is, and have the Plesk Administrator configure their password for them. This is extremely unsecure. Something as simple as a 'send password reset link' button in the Email account configuration would work. This button would send an email to that account, and allow the email user to click on the link to change their Webmail/SMTP/POP3…

But anyway, thank you for your input! We will consider this functionality in case that Plesk no offer webmail in upcoming releases, if it will be popular.

Extended license for mail servers
Hello,
Please add the possibility to purchase an extended license for mail servers with Plesk.
It would be helpful if I prefer to separate my mail services from my main hosting.

Add an option to disable reserved mailnames like root, postmaster, anonymous for domains
If the option What to do with mail for non-existent users set to Forward to address (also known as catch-all address) in Domains > example.com > Mail Settings, then email messages to mailboxes below are not being delivered to the forwarding email address:
anonymous@example.com
mailer-daemon@example.com
drweb@example.com
kluser@example.com
postmaster@example.com
root@example.comSuch mailboxes are present in the file /var/spool/postfix/plesk/virtual.db and mapped to be delivered to @localhost.localdomain:
/usr/sbin/postmap -s /var/spool/postfix/plesk/virtual | grep example.com
anonymous@example.com anonymous@localhost.localdomain
mailer-daemon@example.com mailer-daemon@localhost.localdomain
drweb@example.com drweb@localhost.localdomain
kluser@example.com kluser@localhost.localdomain
postmaster@example.com postmaster@localhost.localdomain
root@example.com root@localhost.localdomainPlease consider to add an option to disable reserved mailnames like root, postmaster, anonymous for domains in Plesk…

add procmail support
procmail is a very flexible mail filter and processing tool and it is a shame that it is not integrated within plesk.
I need it to do some mail autoprocessing depending on subject and sender.
I am surprised that even with plesk 17 it is not already available.5 votesThere were some solutions for Qmail MTA in Plesk – https://talk.plesk.com/threads/how-to-setup-a-procmailrc-correctly.103810
In latest Plesk versions you can use modern Sieve mail filtering instead of outdated procmail. As you can see procmail support is not so popular feature here for many years, but if you request will be quite popular we will consider implementing this feature.

sort, archive or filter (not spam) email on server directly when received
I'm using different (imap) clients on different devices to read emails. Many of them can be sorted / filtered / archived in specific subfolders by subject, sender or similar.
Most - but not all - clients can be configured to do so - but this means also to reconfigure several clients on rule changes. So i'd like to suggest the possibility to handle emails on receiving on the server.
E.g:
- if sender ends with "domain.foo" or subject contains "project bar" then move to folder bar and mark as read
- if sender is "foo@domain.bar" forward to "…5 votesThank you for your input! We will consider this functionality in upcoming releases if it will be popular.

Increase the logs available in MailEnable after log rotation
When installing Plesk with MailEnable, by default Plesk removes MailEnable logfiles every 24 hours.
According to this KB (https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001102353), this functionality is made in purpose to optimize mail statistics, but this is not acceptable.
Additionally, you are offering the possibility to apply this workaround (https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213397889), but this workaround is not valid for us because we don't want to customize the FTP and HTTP logs location and we have the log files in different disk volumes.
Please, provide the possibility to configure the log rotation settings for MailEnable respecting our hosting company needs.

Implement push notifications to iOS devices from mail server
Implement push notifications to iOS devices from mail server.
Here are details of what I mean: using a patched version of Dovecot and a small Perl script, it's possible to get native Apple push notifications for new mail using the stock iOS mail client. This is accomplished by mimicking Apple's XAPPLEPUSHSERVICE IMAP extension for Dovecot used in macOS Server, whose source code is published on the Apple Open Source website. Plesk admin control panel warning if any mailbox is reaching limits
Presently, I normally learn that a client has a full mailbox when they call with email issue. I am thinking it would be nice if when I login the Plesk admin control panel, it would be nice if a small area could show if any mailboxes were at 95% or great capacity. Maybe call it Mail Level Monitor. Then if I could decide to up the level, or contact the client to talk about mail client settings & mail management. A proactive approach.

Function to set automatically or by clicking delete Trash and Spam mails of selected subscriptions
Plesk is easy to use for everyone.
But you can't easily delete the spam mails or trash of all your customers mailboxes.A new feature where you can set: Delete items in Spam older than 90 Days and delete items in trash older than 60 Days for specific subscriptions will be really nice.
...much customers let spam and trash boxes grow up to 5000+ Mails - that's using resources for nothing.
