Autoresponder: select external file on server as message
I'd really like to see a feature which allows you to choose an external file for the autoresponder. The textarea is not always a comfortable solution, above all for html.
it's hard to keep the overview within the textarea. It's much simpler to create a html-file and choose this file for the autoresponder.

Can you increase the number of allowable blacklist addresses in control panel from 100 to 2000?
You have a limit to the number of blacklist email addresses which is clearly not enough as I am getting spam continuously.
I keep adding them to blacklist but because I am already at 100 entries they just keep coming.
It is very annoying.
Please take this into consideration.

Allow email account quotas to exceed the plan default
I frequently find that with my hosted clients, one person (usually the secretary or similar) requires more email quota than the rest but I'm unable to give them a "boost". I'm told by Plesk, "you can't exceed the default plan quota". I really dislike this as it requires me to then change the default quota to something higher and then go through all the other email addresses and lower them. It's very counterintuitive and time consuming.
I think Plesk should allow us to I crease any one email account to exceed the default, providing it does not exceed the total…

If mailbox size is set to the maximum, then it is impossible to delete mails larger than mailbox size/2
If the mailbox size is set to the maximum (eg 25 MB), then it is impossible to delete mails larger than mailbox size/2 (>12.5MB). This is because the system tries to copy the mail first to trash (2*>12.5) -> error.
This should be resolved as soon as possible. Kaspersky AV handler must not backscatter
Kaspersky AV handler must not respond back to the sender address of an e-mail containing a virus. This will cause backscatter and get the server blacklisted.

HELO EHLO message hostname changable
When i use a second IP address for sending out mails, then i have a own reverse dns entry for this IP which is different to the hostname of the system... so i need the ability to change the hostname for HELO / EHLO message to minimize the problemes for sending mails

Extra limitation for mail sending scripts
At the feature "limitations on outgoing email messages" it should be possible, to do a extra limitation for mails sent via scripts. So that i can give a company which is sending newsletter to their customers a big limit for their account but when their website is hacked and a script is placed for sending spam the scripts have their own limitation which is much lower then the whole account

Manage roundcube skins by domains
I would like to apply a skin in the roundcube of a determinate domain, so all the accounts of this domain will see the same theme/skin in their webmail.

Mail Server Settings - bulk emails
this is very simple to be made, but how it works its very hard to maintain.
when you access "tool and settings" go to "Mail Server Settings > Blacklist"
i need to fill one-by-one (email), will be very productive if i can insert a list or a txt area that i can past all values.
now we have 700 spam domains and counting, this is only a effective way to fight against them.

Mail Alias Domain - all domains in a subscription should be able to be selected
If you create a new Mailbox in a subscription, an E-Mail alias can only be created on the same domain as the mailbox is created. It should be possible, if there are more than one domain in a subscription that an e-mail alias can use another domain as the mailbox.
e.g.
Subscription1 has domain1.com and domain2.com forwarding to domain1.commailuser1@domain1.com should be possible to have an alias mailuser1@domain2.com

Integrate SAQ is a Spam Quarantine plugin for Postfix/SpamAssassin or some similar helper for spam
More and more clients are using mobile email, increasing the need to decrease spam and control spam at the server level. Recent antispam additions are great appreciated! An optional spam quarantine plugin for SpamAssassin maybe a great next option. I would like to control the use of it at the domain name level. Some clients would find it to be a great option.

Outbound Mail filtering f.e. by X-Mailer could help preventing Spam
At least in Europe we have the problem that there are lots of phising mails f.e. a Vodafone Bill, Volksbank, Deutsche Telekom and all of them have X-Mailer: Blat inside. It would be great to filter emails by their header and reject some of them.
This is possible f.e. with qmail-scanner I guess...

implement a switch for disabling the users (all of them at once) the option to delete e-mails
Essentially one of the users asked if he can be prevented from deleting any e-mails for purpose of data safety.
I wasn't able to find such an option after a quick search and was wondering if it is possible to implement it in the mail settings.Thanks.

The Plesk Control Panel, from my point of view, is amazing and using graphics and illustration in great way compared to other control panels. However, the Plesk CP lack an overview of what is going on ?
Using Outgoing Mail Control, Mail-log extention and Plesk Email Security extension is confusing. You need to track severl locations to see what is going on?

1 voteHi Hakem, we do understand that you would like to have a comprehensive email monitoring system, but this includes many different aspects that cannot be tracked in a single Uservoice feature request. Per feature request only one request can be handled, e.g. "add the ability to send an email alert if ...", "filter the list of emails on page ... by criteria ..." etc.
For that reason we must decline this combined request.
