A great box of mail, for me will be that After donwload the attached file message in your platform mail (like outlook) can be the original message in my mail box, but this time without the attached file, because after donwload in my platform I don´t need this attached file anymore. so the original mail will be saved without big space in my mail box online.

There should be an option to suppress auto replies for emails coming from mailing lists
The auto reply mechanism always replies to emails. If these are sent by mailing lists, the a reply gets sent back to the mailing list.
The auto reply mechnasim should allow to limit replies to exclude emails from mailing lists.

Make a default installation for open xchange usable in plesk
Open xchange is a great alternative server to ms exchange.
Implementing this into a plesk managed server is possible, plesk has a apk for ox. But a working ox installation is a must to get it working - and a default ox installation into a plesk managed server is not easy at all.
So please integrate an option to install and configure ox like done by horde.
OX is graet in working with iOS, ms outlook or any standard mail client, handling calendar and contacts too!1 voteUnfortunately, due to nature and complexity of Open-Xchange, it’s not possible to achieve the level of integration smoothness similar to Horde (note that Horde is a local webmail, while OX is a remote mail server).

Friendly Name for mailbox account.
Ability to set "FROM header contains a friendly name", i.e. "John Smith" john.smith@example.com.
P.S. As I see, when I set auto-answer on Plesk Panel, users receive "" john.smith@example.com.

Add Feature in Mailing List
We need a way to reply to people who reply to a message sent from List feature. Currently they get the "not authorized" message and it just confuses people so they send another email asking why and the administrator needs to send out more messages explaining.

Ignore calculating statistics directory email on root
When I want to transfer email data folder to root folder like
"C:\inetpub\vhosts<main.domain>\email", but I don't want calculate this folder as Web, need to ignore this folder on statistics Web, Could you improve this feature "disk usage statistics".p.s. like ispmanager all email data folder, can see user.

should allow in each user to configure if they want to use the HELO of the main system or their own domainname
Following problem: 50 users with same main IP Adress, 10 users with own IP Adresses:
Reverse DNS Lookup can be only to one IP so reverse DNS Lookup of own IP adresses is their Domainname.
If I configure the feature "use own IP and domain name in Helo" the user with own IP send emails fine, but the one with shared IP get blocked because their HELO <> Reverse Lookup.
