horrible panel
What a horrible type of panel plesk made? More then 4-5 version of PHP. And even after edit php.ini direct no effect after all.. Horrible Result also. make user friendly panel.

Horrible is an ability to choose one of the 4-5 version of PHP? Which php.ini settings did you try to change?
You have two options to change PHP settings:
1. Directly in Plesk Panel → WebSites & Domains → domain → PHP Settings
2. Edit php.ini via ssh access (if you have root access)If you still have open questions I recommend to visit our forum https://talk.plesk.com we have experts there, who can help you with your case.

Restore MySQL Event Scheduler state after dist-upgrade
After dist-upgrade following recommended KB procedure, MySQL event scheduler won't be enabled again, if it was before the upgrade.
Now you should fix that manually but it should be done automatically.

Make sw-collectd auto start at boot
This service is needed by Server Health Monitor, but it it won't automatically start at boot time after dist-upgrade from Ubuntu 14.04 to 16.04.1 following recommended KB procedure: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213410369-How-to-perform-dist-upgrade-procedure-on-server-with-Plesk

Regenerate cron jobs when performing dist-upgrade
When performing dist-upgrade, following recommended KB procedure, the list of PHP handlers shown under Scheduled Tasks > Use PHP version is not updated tor reflect the new PHP version from OS vendor.
For example, after upgrading from Ubuntu 14 to 16, such list still shows "PHP 5.5.9 from OS vendor". This is not just a visual glitch but a serious problem that stops from working all cronjobs that was set to be run with PHP 5 from OS vendor and that version is unavailable anymore.
In the example above, after upgrading to Ubuntu 16, PHP 5 is not available anymore…

Improve error messages in "plesk repair" utility
Running repair on an uninstalled component lead to cryptic errors instead of pretty error messages.
For example running "plesk repair dns" if Plesk DNS component is not installed throw a PHP error.

Cpanel needs to be changed, it's not user friendly. I am facing issue to contact to you guys.

Mattermost as a service to install
Mattermost is getting more and more important (as a competitor to Slack). The way I see it it would be great having an easy solution to install that software.
1 voteI see that the simplest way is installation Mattermost as docker container in Plesk or just with usual Mattermost installation instruction. So, this can’t be considered as feature request.

I'm not able to upload files
every time I try to upload a file to the manager it never over. The system is stopped and the file is not loaded

Improve knowledgebase article on testing prior to DNS migration
You suggest use of the hosts file to point the domain at HostGator prior to DNS migration. This does not work in most cases for Windows Enterprise shared hosting.
Further, using the temporary domain solution you support, ASP.Net applications do not work if they require a web.config file (which they almost always do)
My understanding is that, although you recommend these approaches in your knowledgebase article, you do not actually support them. Assuming the issues above cannot easily be fixed, the documentation needs to provide a warning that they do not work with Windows shared hosting.. Further add a suggestion…

i am very happy
hi, i m an ametur game website owner and i decided to move my dedicated server to a new one but when i checked my files it was around 8gb with img and swf files. i didnt know that plesk has migration assistance, i saw it accidently then i moved my dedicated server to new one in 10 minutes. so plesk is best for me. thank you so much.
