Plesk is so complicated. I decided to delete my account, but there is not any option to delete an account. This Plesk soounds fake.
Please delete my account and refund my money back. Plesk doesnt work to host web.

You would need to contact your seller for refund. Plesk is sold by multiple companies all over the world and unfortunately we have no idea where exactly you have made your purchase.

Please allow installation of Big Blue Button, that could be very useful for wordpress community
BigBlueButton is a free plugin for webconrenecing, but it needs to be installed on a server. That could save a lot of money for wordpress admins

Official documentation of BigBlueButton recommends installing software on a new server that does not already have web applications installed because the web applications can create subtle conflicts with the installation and running of BigBlueButton that are difficult to resolve.
Plesk does not disallow installation of BigBlueButton. Could you please provide more details for your issue on our forum at https://talk.plesk.com? Forum is more appropriate for discussion that UserVoice.

Backup and restore (SQLServer) databases
Though you can export a (SQL Server) database dump to a local folder on the server, you cannot import one from a local folder on the server. PLesk proposes to choose a file from a local folder, but - probably due to a bug - cannot import the database dump (says it find no file).

Also I see no feature request here. It looks like support request. I suggest you contact support team of your service provider or Plesk support team.

Change statistics app
When we change the statistics app to a plan and save it. Is says that is syncing, we wait to finish but it doesn't change the app in subscriptions.

If I want to change as user now different e-mail settings, I have to set the mail output again to the standard of 10, because otherwise I can not save the changes. The "Maximum number of outgoing e-mail" display will turn red and you will not be able to continue. I would like, for example, only to change the forwarding, which is denied me however
