  1. Add monitoring360bot useragent as Verified Bot in Cloudflare

    Cloudflare's Super Bot Fight Mode currently identifies the monitoring360bot useragent as a definite bot (for which the recommended action is "Block") resulting in an always "Down" status for websites monitored via Monitoring360.

    Please submit a verified bot application at Cloudflare https://developers.cloudflare.com/bots/reference/verified-bots-policy/ so that the bot is then considered a "Verified bot" just like other monitoring tools do (https://radar.cloudflare.com/traffic/verified-bots) and does not get blocked.

  2. Showing uptime in 360 Monitoring in other units

    Currently, uptime is shown in second which is not suitable at all. When a server has been running for a long time, there are millions or even billions of seconds.

  3. Adding notes for licenses in Plesk 360

    Sometimes there are plenty of licenses under the corresponding tab in Plesk 360. If it was possible to add notes for every license, that would help to distinguish the licenses.

  4. Down time in notifications

    When you send the notifications (no matter if webook or email) about the website back online, it would be great if you could add how long the issue took.

    AS IS:

    UP: www.example.com is back online
    alert closed

    TO BE:

    UP: www.example.com is back online (it was down 1 hour and 15 minutes)

    Could you please expand the information that is sent to the slack, so that you can see how long the site has been unavailable.

    Detailed information comes to the mail, but Slack does not
