  1. Send automatic/manual reports about servers' alerts

    Generating automatic/manual reports (like digest) about all (or selected) events on servers will help to analyze the situation with the infrastructure and prepare the necessary steps to improve it.

  2. Ability to set different alerts, with different levels. E.g: after 2 errors send an email to XYZ, after 5 errors send an email to WKJ

  3. A closed event as a reply to the corresponding opened one in 360 Monitoring

    If notifications about closed alerts are received as replies to the corresponding opened alerts such events will be easier to track. Especially, when there are many servers/websites and alerts for them get opened/closed at different time

  4. Add "Virtual Machine Plugin" compatibility for Proxmox VE

    Proxmox VE is not compatible with the actual available plugin "Virtual Machine Plugin" due to the former does not use libvirt, a dependency which the plugin implements.

  5. Ability to pay not only per month but per year

    For easier bookkeeping and also to save some paper, I would very much like to have the option to pay for the subscription per year (in advance of course) and not just per month.

    If a maintenance window is set it is not visible anywhere. It will be helpful to see on a status page that a server/website has maintenance at the moment

    Could you please expand the information that is sent to the slack, so that you can see how long the site has been unavailable.

  8. Add "tags" to the 360 monitoring

    Add "tags" to the 360 monitoring so admin can make it’s own sorted view.
    1. One extra (sortable) column: custom tag on Websites view to be able to sort it
    2. And admin is able to assign one custom tag per domain on a configuration page

  9. Add "Restart=on-failure" option in /etc/systemd/system/agent360.service file

    Add "Restart=on-failure" option in /etc/systemd/system/agent360.service file to have a restart option in case of some failure, so the service can be auto-restarted

  14. Platform360 additional recommendations.

    Hi,
    If it is possible for your software developers to do this; When we add the server to platform360, it only lists the Main domains. It does not show Alias domain names on the server. It would be nice to see these under Websites in platform360.

    Thanks to this feature, it will be easier to see which domain name has been added to which server, as well as which domain name has been added as an alias.

    In addition, it would be nice to be able to display which license is attached, license type and expiry date on the screen…

    Currently, uptime is shown in second which is not suitable at all. When a server has been running for a long time, there are millions or even billions of seconds.

  16. Choose partitions to monitor

    The disk usage plugin shows the overall combined disk usage for all partitions in the overview. There should be an option to configure the plugin to only show specific partitions in the agent configuration.

    For some cases, domain reputation is needed as well as the IP one
    If a server has multiple domains on one shared IP address, it will be helpful to check which of the domain gets blacklisted

  18. Ignore specific partitions

    Sometimes, servers get temporary partitions or partitions for some special needs. These partitions frequently trigger alerts about disk usage because they are limited by default.
    That would be helpful if it was possible to exclude partitions from monitoring manually.

  19. Perform phone calls as a notification channel in 360 Monitoring alerts

    It is possible to send SMS but not a phone call
    Some service providers allow sending SMS to landline phones. That would be helpful either to have the possibility of sending such messages or phone calls as a separate notification channel

  20. Ability to use Plesk 360 API to remove Servers from Plesk 360

    It would be helpful if the Platform 360 API has an option that would allow us to create an API call for removal of a server from Plesk 360.
