  2. Add "Restart=on-failure" option in /etc/systemd/system/agent360.service file

    Add "Restart=on-failure" option in /etc/systemd/system/agent360.service file to have a restart option in case of some failure, so the service can be auto-restarted

  4. Add API call to get all OPEN alerts history by an alert ID

    It would be useful to get all OPEN alerts for a specific alert ID. For now it is required to generate a lot of API requests (first to get the server id and then to get the notifications for each of those servers) which can hit very quickly the API rate limit.

  7. Add option to customize the graphs generated by custom plugin data

    There are no options to control how the data gathered by a custom plugin is displayed. The resulting graphs are sometimes useless.

    Custom dashboards have options to create custom graphs based on these metrics, but can't be inserted into the custom plugin tab under each server.

    There should be an option to customize the plugin graphs, so their tab displays useful data under each server.

  10. Add option to accept specific languages for multi language sites

    The website monitor has no option to choose which language is accepted, which causes confusion when setting keywords for multi-language sites because it's unknown what language will be loaded.

    Changing the location does not change the language, and headers like 'Accept-Language: en-US' that work for cURL don't seem to have any effect.

  11. Platform360 additional recommendations.

    Hi,
    If it is possible for your software developers to do this; When we add the server to platform360, it only lists the Main domains. It does not show Alias domain names on the server. It would be nice to see these under Websites in platform360.

    Thanks to this feature, it will be easier to see which domain name has been added to which server, as well as which domain name has been added as an alias.

    In addition, it would be nice to be able to display which license is attached, license type and expiry date on the screen…

  12. Add monitoring360bot useragent as Verified Bot in Cloudflare

    Cloudflare's Super Bot Fight Mode currently identifies the monitoring360bot useragent as a definite bot (for which the recommended action is "Block") resulting in an always "Down" status for websites monitored via Monitoring360.

    Please submit a verified bot application at Cloudflare https://developers.cloudflare.com/bots/reference/verified-bots-policy/ so that the bot is then considered a "Verified bot" just like other monitoring tools do (https://radar.cloudflare.com/traffic/verified-bots) and does not get blocked.

    Currently, uptime is shown in second which is not suitable at all. When a server has been running for a long time, there are millions or even billions of seconds.

  14. Choose partitions to monitor

    The disk usage plugin shows the overall combined disk usage for all partitions in the overview. There should be an option to configure the plugin to only show specific partitions in the agent configuration.

  15. Ability to ignore certain blocklist providers

    I would like to ignore certain blocklists and not show them as listed anymore if they are. Also stop sending the alerts for these blocklists if they are set as “ignored”. In the UI I want to be able to toggle blocklists that I want to ignore.

    For some cases, domain reputation is needed as well as the IP one
    If a server has multiple domains on one shared IP address, it will be helpful to check which of the domain gets blacklisted

    Sometimes there are plenty of licenses under the corresponding tab in Plesk 360. If it was possible to add notes for every license, that would help to distinguish the licenses.

  18. Ignore specific partitions

    Sometimes, servers get temporary partitions or partitions for some special needs. These partitions frequently trigger alerts about disk usage because they are limited by default.
    That would be helpful if it was possible to exclude partitions from monitoring manually.

  20. Perform phone calls as a notification channel in 360 Monitoring alerts

    It is possible to send SMS but not a phone call
    Some service providers allow sending SMS to landline phones. That would be helpful either to have the possibility of sending such messages or phone calls as a separate notification channel
