    Why we need ClamAV? - You have so many private users of Plesk who finance it from their hobby. An additional charge for a complete suite (monthly/yearly) is not an option. ClamAV offers very good protection and is free of charge!
    You could integrate this as standard, if a private person or company needs more, here are the chargeable alternatives.
