Many providers set a placeholder domain as the main subscription domain so that all domains actually "in use" in a subscription can be freely configured. Please consider this option as it will immediately solve the issue for you.
Besides that, this is a valid request. Everyone, please keep voting for it if you believe it is important.

Piwik definitely needs to be integrated into Plesk, but as a single installation. Basically, subscribers would be set up as users in Piwik from Plesk through it's API, the structure is all there. By not having not individual installations for each subscription (like I've seen done) you're significantly reducing the overhead required, and your performance will increase.
The structure is there in Piwik to pipe and/or read logs, so there's no need to worry about having to build anything into your client's websites, it's all done in the back-end without them needing to do anything.
This should be straight-forward to build into plesk, and in this day and age it's quickly becoming a requirement...the HTML-Style stats are becoming outdated.
Maybe when I get some time I'll look into building my own solution into Plesk for this, but at this point I just don't time to spare (probably a good thing).
Would really like to see Piwik included into Plesk...even as an optional component.
