The roles that you can set for additional user accounts can help achieve many of the aspects that are mentioned in this feature request. Please see the blog article https://www.plesk.com/blog/product-technology/how-to-grant-access-website-secure-way/ for getting started with roles.

We work with hotel groups, where the subscription includes the domains of the different hotels belonging to the group. The Directors of each hotel must have access to manage their own domains but without having access to the domains of the other complexes. For now this option is impossible, which greatly limits management.
