Hi, To restore a single file from FTP repository, it required whole full to download and then restore required data. Which consumes lot of time. Please try to work this backup/restore operation like other backup application where we can select required data and it get easily download without time consuming.
Also the backup tab should give option like dayswise full, incremental backup. Start and stop backup schedule, etc...

add backup password protection to Backup Manager Backups (NO..it doesn't have it at the mo)
This may also be a security issue.
Currently there are no special protection of user content in the backup. Plesk protects only its sensitive data, web content archived without any encryption. If some gains ADMIN access to a wordpress/drupal/other web applications install parts of the Plesk container file system, cron jobs, etc will be compromised and would undoubtably increase exponentially the chances of the system to be exploited with virus, rootkits, malware “indirectly” affecting Plesk. (as an analogy no point to build a metal wall if the door is still glass)
So, in other words ... if a wordpress installation…

More control of DKIM
We could really do with more control of DKIM, for example...
Ability to control key length 1024Bit or 2048Bit (server wide)
Enable subdomain signing, while you can't create email accounts for subdomains in Plesk, it's often the case that the server is named as a subdomain eg: mail.example.com Which means unsigned mail leaving the server (cron etc) even when example.com is hosted.
The standard OpenDKIM package allows you to add it to nonsmtpdmilters so sendmail mail gets signed.
Ability to change the selector.
We really can't have mail leaving servers not being signed...it defeats the whole point in…

Interface that show progress process before download
Many customers can not wait and press the download button too often. That generates to many big TEMP files in the /tmp folder.

disable automatic greylisting activation for new domains
If i add a new domain in a subscription, greylisting is automaticly activated, just because it's enabled on the server.
It would be much better if customers have to activate greylisting manually in their settings, like the spamfilter.
A workaround with Event Manager is possible but a bit inconvenient.
39 votesThank you for your input! We will consider this functionality in upcoming releases.
We have created internal document with ID PPM-569 for your reference.
Everyone, please continue voting for this feature if you consider it important.

Create only mail accounts when mail is actually enabled, instead of on domain creation
As soon as any account is created in Plesk, a mail account is setup in Smartermail, used for managing the mail domain. This is one of the few minor issues for those using Plesk in a load balanced solution (which is actually remarkably possible!). It is also tricky for those running a limited smartermail license (e.g. 250 accounts, many of which are now unwanted Plesk management accounts).
It should not be so difficult to setup the mail account only when mail is enabled on a domain, and have Plesk just leave the mail server alone for domains that do not…

WordPress plugin restoration point
Would be great to have WordPress plugins to be able to have restoration points on a plugin upgrade basis and not only for WordPress major upgrades.
This way, WordPress plugins can be managed individually with more control over them.
28 votesWe’d like to introduce this feature, but we’ll have to solve certain technical difficulties first (for example, properly handle cases where database structure is updated by a plugin and you want to roll the changes back). We’re positive that we can overcome these difficulties, though.

Custom Email Server Help Tips
The settings for mail servers have a help tip in the email addresses management page, and in the users' Plesk Account pages.
If a Plesk server is set up strictly as a mail server, and has DNS handled remotely, the settings in the Help Tips can be incorrect.
Currently the tips only show the server as the root domain even if the mail server's actual DNS points (as an example) mail.domain.tld to the server, requiring the settings to include the subdomain.
If I add the domain as "subdomain.domain.tld" in settings, then the server tips are correct but the email addresses…

Sort the list of Plesk server accounts on iOS mobile app in alphabetical order.
At the moment the list is unsorted, with an larger number of Plesk servers is totally confusing. Just sort it in alphabetical order.

I wish that the accessibility for the web interface for customer/subscription creation could be improved for screen reader users.
When I first used Plesk as a screen reader user (blind here) everything was smooth for me; I could create a subscription, add a customer account etc. Now in the recent updates things have changed and I need to get sighted assistance to perform those things. My customer service is affected as it slows my workflow.

Locale management features
It would be very convenient if you'll to add a new locale management(merging/splitting) feature, since plesk2smb.php is absent since Plesk 18.0.31:
Although if that's possible, to adapt plesk2smb.php to the next versions of Plesk that'd be good.
2 votesIt is planned in scope of integration with CrowdIn localization system. Big files like common/application/admin/resources/languages/ca-ES/messages_ca-ES.php will be split into small chunks similar to en-US locale.
