    This is important for panel security, avoiding a door being exposed on site. Panel needs to resolve only certain subdomain.

    At the moment you can change default vhosts location in Plesk using the command-line utility transvhosts.pl
    Just check available options with

    plesk bin transvhosts.pl —help

    Changing vhosts directory location for part of domains is impossible now.

    Anyway thank you for your input. We will consider this functionality in upcoming releases, if it will be popular.
