   Hi,

   We have the same problem. If customers must pay a quantity of money for 20 Gb transfer, we can't take into consideration the GB used internally by the server as "cache", like mod_pagespeed do.

   We have had a problem with this, because we have subscriptions with 20 GB limit, with 19 Gb of them result of cache by page_speed.

   Please, not consider loopback traffic as traffic to be counted!
