  1. Manage other mail servers through Plesk, when there is no local Mail server

    The idea is for Plesk to use and configure mailboxes as well as manage them on a remote mail server, with least as possible configuration on a local server.

  2. Percentage Page when removing account or email accounts.

    Ya I had to remove many accounts and each time I removed one it took forever to get it to say account removed. How about a status on removing or a % sign or something to show it working on it.

  11. FIX: display correct mail server in mail account settings

    The mail account settings under 'Home > Domains > (domain) > Email Addresses' display the users own domain as mail server. (when clicking the "i" on the right side)
    However, the domain on the certificate of the mailserver is usually different, as this is configured under 'Home > Tools & Settings > SSL/TLS Certificates' and applies to all domains and e-mailaccounts on the Plesk server.

    This leads to issues when a client accepts the unsafe certificate when setting up his mail client, but this certificate is later changed (as happens more often when using Let's Encrypt certificates).

    Retrieving emails as Google can do. At least for a limited period of 10 minutes or 30 minutes. helpful if you have forgotten something, or you have to change it, or bottle receiver

  13. Provide functionality to use database as mailbox storage with Plesk Premium Email

    There should be a functionality to store E-Mails in a database instead of storing them in the filesystem with Plesk Premium Email.

  15. Add an option to reset password for new email account on first log-in

    It would be ideal if there was an option when setting up a new email account to require the user to set a new password on their first log on. From a security point of view, having someone else set your ongoing password is counter intuitive...

  16. Modify SRS timestamp

    As of the current version of Plesk onyx 17.8.11 SRS is used, but there is no option to modify the expiration Timestamp which is used for bounced back emails.

  18. Maintain rejected email messages in a queue to be sent later

    instead of the messages being rejected and receiving the error “Transaction failed. The server response was: 5.7.0 Your message could not be sent. The limit on the number of allowed outgoing messages was exceeded. Try again later” to get the server to try deliver the emails at a later time. maintaining it in a queue.

  19. Add more display rows for mail queue in Plesk interface

    Currently, mail queue has only 10, 25, 25, 100 rows in filter. It does not help much if over 50,000 spam emails on the server and require to delete them
