Maintain rejected email messages in a queue to be sent later
instead of the messages being rejected and receiving the error “Transaction failed. The server response was: 5.7.0 Your message could not be sent. The limit on the number of allowed outgoing messages was exceeded. Try again later” to get the server to try deliver the emails at a later time. maintaining it in a queue.
