  5. Change the default schema to dbo for users created in Plesk (MSSQL)

We are the authors of the software you and your hosting provider are using, and unfortunately, we cannot help with this particular request because we do not host your website.   13. FIX: display correct mail server in mail account settings

    The mail account settings under 'Home > Domains > (domain) > Email Addresses' display the users own domain as mail server. (when clicking the "i" on the right side)
    However, the domain on the certificate of the mailserver is usually different, as this is configured under 'Home > Tools & Settings > SSL/TLS Certificates' and applies to all domains and e-mailaccounts on the Plesk server.

    This leads to issues when a client accepts the unsafe certificate when setting up his mail client, but this certificate is later changed (as happens more often when using Let's Encrypt certificates).

    1 is the current default setting and most widely used or you can just have the setting open even for the starter hosting account.

  18. Help GoDaddy figure out how to keep Plesk up and running

    GoDaddy needs help from you guys. Not a week goes by without at least one day where the Plesk Desk never loads, or the WebStats don't update for 72 hours, or WebStats load but sub pages like "full list" of downloads won't ever load. They always are 'working on it', maybe one of your pros could give them a hand.
