Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) - features from Linux to Windows
Please add support for Linux tools (and programming languages, such as Ruby) to Windows through Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) and support for PLESK. Of course in the future. This function, in my opinion, is of great importance and gives Plesk a great advantage.
Windows Server 2016 (1709) supports Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL), Semi-Annual Channel.
Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) will be implemented in all versions of Windows Server 2019.
4 votesI suppose that it would be better to move your hosting to Plesk for Linux if you want to use Linux technologies. Some years ago Apache was supported by Plesk for Windows but it was dropped due to high business cost and insufficient reliability and relevance. Therefore I’m not sure that it is good idea to spread resources to support Linux technologies on Windows servers.
But anyway, thank you for your input! Maybe we will consider this functionality in upcoming releases if it will be popular.
Everyone, please continue voting for this feature if you consider it important.

Multi-select download option in file manager (download complete folders, too)
Please provide Multi-select Download option in file manager
20 votesWe're almost there. In Plesk Obsidian 18.0.35, published on April 20th, 2021, we had already added the option to upload folders or multi-select-upload files. It may not yet be possible to download a complete directory in one step, but this can also be done in two steps by first creating an archive of it and then downloading the archive.
So this feature request is now about downloading a directory or a set of selected files in one step. Please keep voting for it if you believe that this is an important feature.

Git Workflow: DEVELOPMENT > PRODUCTION
Many developers use git these days when working on a website or webapp. It would be great if Plesk supports a simple deployment workflow:
Example when using two branches:
- development
- masterBranch "development" will be automatically deployed by Plesk to /var/www/vhosts/example.com/dev.example.com => connected to https://dev.example.com
Branch "master" will be automatically deployed by Plesk to /var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs => connected to https://www.example.comWhat about database connectivity?
When using different databases for development and master you should not include your "database-connection.ini" into git but manually store it in the designated directory and edit via Plesk File Manager for example. What about access…

Make the limits for CPU, Memory and Disk (cgroups) customizable per reseller in order lock resources available for reseller's plans
At the moment you cannot lock system resources available to the reseller. It could be useful to limit the cgroups resources available to the resellers when creating the reseller plan, in order to not allow the creation of unlimited service plans to be assigned to the reseller customers. It could be useful to limit any resource uverusing.

Limiting inodes for client, reseller, subscription
Hello,
is good idea to limit users files count. This limit will restrict users from generating
thousands of files, makes faster backups creations. Directadmin and cpanel has this feature and it is very usefull for hosting.69 votesThank you for your input! We will consider this functionality in upcoming releases if it will be popular.

Prevent users from installing SSL certificates
As reseller (or administrator) we should be able to prevent customers installing a selfsigned or 3rd party bought SSL certificate themselves.
It's not possible to disable the 'SSL support' check box within the
'Service Plans' menu section 'Hosting Parameters' because as Administrator we install customer SSL certificates by API. Disabling 'SSL support' will also disable installing SSL certificates by API.12 votes -

Administration: list domains, using the installed SSL certificates
If I want to remove on "Tools & Settings > SSL Certificates" expired certificates, I can not delete it when it is still used by a domain. I can not see which subscriptions use the expired SSL certificate. So I have to click through all domains individually and look in the hosting settings. The assigning of a standard certificate via "Tools & Settings > IP Address" does not work for all domains.

Disable Apache & Nginx access logs (and error maybe) through Plesk panel.
Access logs are not useful in most cases and we should have a feature to disable them through Panel not go and edit vhosts.

Add debug symbols for nginx builds
We have a customer using plesk and nginx. The customer wants to use our APM tool also for monitoring nginx, but in order to get deep monitoring we need the debug symbols for nginx.
The customer is currently using package sw-nginx-1.9.4-rhel6.15091112.x86_64.rpm. The contained nginx binary does not contain debug symbols and we also could not find a corresponding “dbg” package in the repository. Are the debug symbols publicly available somewhere else? If not, can you please provide them?
It would be perfect if you can add the debug symbols for every nginx version in future to your repository as APM…
