Export Email addresses to create list
Please do create to backup all email addresses to have exported in excel.

you should have archiving feature, global address book, shared calender and contacts in both flavours of linux and Windows for better sales

Use the same White and Blacklist in Plesk 12.5 and MailEnable 9.5
Question:
In Plesk under Mail Server Settings --> Server-Wide Mail Settings we´ve added a Whitelist, but I can´t see that list under MailEnable Enterprise 9.5.Answer from the MailEnable Support:
I don't think the whitelist and blacklist options in Plesk are synced within MailEnable. The Plesk control panel use their own white listing and blacklisting mechanism therefore you are best contacting Odin's for assistance here.Please sync to only one white and black list. Two different Status are confusing!!!

Variables would be very usefull to create personal eMails.
In the subject field there is already this variable: RE: <Reply Subject>
Please add more variables for example:

Pre-configure Greylisting for common mail providers like GOO or MS
Hi,
It seems more and more difficult at those days to make greylisting working correctly by default and that is generating always the same problems in mail delay and customer questions or claims.
Following what we can read in http://forum-dev.odin.com/threads/greylist-high-delays-from-protecction-outlook-com-and-others.334180/ , it can be a good idea to have more information while activating the greylisting (actually just a check box) and having a pre-configuration or an updated list with the common IP of those mail providers.

Better notification settings.
Please extend the notification settings in Plesk with more possibilitys to send direct mails to the clients. it is highly important that the administrator and reseller can change the Subject of the notification-mails (cause of language-issues). our clients get english subjects but the mailcontent is in german.

Broaden the search field, not just email addresses/users (include email forwarding section")
Good afternoon!
Is it possible to search for a user to which groups he/she belongs ?
E.g. if a user is in 5 different mail groups and I search for his/her email address/name, I would like to know in which email forwarding groups he is included or which mail groups he belongs to.
Does this make sense?

Autoreply more options (like Roundcube filters)
It would be greate when there are more features and options in the plesk-side autoreply:
- start date
- html mail
- etc...=> like in the Filters of roundcube webmail.

autoreply only for certain subject match or from address
I would like to be able to configure the auto-reply feature to only fire if the subject does not contain certain words (E.g. Mail Delivery Failure or Delay etc.) or from a specific address (e.g. a known non-monitored mailbox)

is it possible to implement a similar feature to mailinblack system, when an account receive a mail, before its delivered to its mail box, the system will send a verification email where sender need click on a link and type a captcha to validate that sender is a human, when sender do this then his email is delivered and his email is recorder in autorized sender, next time he will send mail, it will be delivered without verification.
the account owner can also add manualy emails to autorized list, wich avoid the sender to get the verification email.
