+1 for this. We've changed the content of our messages to another language (Spanish), but the subject still showing in English.

Option to change subject line "Parallels Panel Scheduler notification" as there many servers and quick identification will be possible from which server its coming

I think it's very easy to do it, directadmin has this option, why not plesk !!!
