Add an option to manage/remove bounced mails from Plesk UI
In Courier IMAP with qmail, when the mailbox exceeds usage limit, mails for this mailbox get bounced. Bounced mails are not displayed in Plesk panel and can be checked only on the server side. And in this case, mails queues from Plesk and server are different which can be confusing.
Therefore, it would be convenience to have a feature that can manage and remove the bounced mails from the Plesk UI.2 votesThank you for your input! Enable using domain's IP to send email on Plesk for Windows
It would be nice to be able to set the IP address used to send mails as the domain's IP, the same way it happens on Plesk for Linux.

Improve the autodiscover functionality for email significant
At the moment "auto discover functionality for email" in plesk is supported, but you can hardly call it "supported". Come on plesk team!
- Outlook: barely supported, mostly isn't working
- Thunderbird: supported, but not 100% (for example the outgoing server port I have configured as 587 in the SRV record is not applied)
- Mac OS or iOS: not supported
- other mail clients apps: barely supported
Please improve this functionality significant so plesk can correctly call this "supported".

Retroactively scan mailboxes for existing/already received spam
It would be useful to scan mailboxes for spam retroactively. This would allow searching previous emails for spam after setting up spam protection. This could also help flag items that passed the filter before the sender got blacklisted.

Ability to exclude trusted mail servers from DKIM checker
There are trusted mail servers with incorrect/broken DKIM.
It's needed to exclude such mail servers from DKIM checker. Tools & Settings > Mail Server > White List doesn't allow to exclude mail servers from DKIM/DMARC/SPF check.2 votes -

Add functionality of updating mailboxes' indexes to "plesk repair mail"
Sometimes, when emails are manually migrated or restored from a manual backup, it is required to update mailboxes' indexes so migrated/restored emails are available via IMAP.
Such functionality could be added to the utility "plesk repair mail" so it is possible to update indexes in automated way.1 voteThank you for your input! Support for MailEnable domains' postoffices folders as junctions
We use the following configuration on Plesk for Windows: in MailEnable postoffices folder, domains' folders are junctions to folders inside subscriptions' web folder (e.g. C:\inetpub\vhosts\example.com\email). In Plesk Onyx with such setup, statistics were calculated successfully but in Obsidian, it stopped counting the size of junctions, so the mail statistics is counted as 0.
This setup is important for us, so please return the support for domains' mail folders as junctions.3 votes -
Anonaddy as Mail-Service
Hello,
I have noticed that I use and also need more and more eMail addresses for different websites.
If only to see which website may have been hacked and turn off the SPAM on it. Currently it is possible to create aliases. However, the list becomes very confusing, as soon as some addresses were deposited.
There is open source code from Anonaddy on Github.
It would be great if this would be integrated and also the addon for Chrome/Firefox is adapted so that this works together with the anonaddy in Plesk.3 votesThank you for your input! Attaching the existing SmarterMail services to Plesk.
When there is a SmarterMail service running on the same server with Plesk, it would be great to have an option to create an account in Plesk with the same domain and attach the SmarterMail content.

Put the 'add an alias' box at top of the email alias list screen
Very simple one this. I have email account with a huge list of aliases. I have to scroll a looooong way down to get the box to add a new one. Put the box where a new alias can be entered above the existing list, not at the base. Thanks.
