indicate password strengh or acceptance during "reset password" process
There are many customers complaining, they have to try several passwords during the password-reset process, before one is accepted. There is no visual indicator if the typed password fits the safety regulations.
"Inside" plesk, the password strengh is indicated when they change theirs plesk- , FTP- or e-mail password. Why not during the reset-process?
The highlight would be an indicator, that permanently shows if the typed password is strong enough or has to be stronger (with a tooltip/hint, what specifications has to be met or which kind of character is missing).

This functionality was added in Plesk Obsidian RTM release. We suggest you upgrade to the latest version and check it out.

add switch to enable/disable "restart_apache_gracefully" option via admin ui
By default, every time you modify hosting / apache / nginx or ssl settings for ANY websites, plesk will restart apache server and during that time ALL websites on the server are down returning "Connection time out" or "502 Bad Gateway" errors.
Even if such changes are made by clients from their accounts, all websites will be down during the next restart.
"restartapachegracefully" option will help to avoid this and tell apache to reload the config on the fly.
it is not perfect, but it is still better than seeing 502 Bad gateway every n-th seconds on any…

Limitation for FTP username
Presently there is 16-char limitation for FTP username. This hinders migration from obscure hosting systems that use longer usernames.
Please, consider implementing the feature that would remove this 16-char limitation if Providers opts to do so.2 votesIncreased the maximum length of FTP usernames to 32 characters – https://docs.plesk.com/release-notes/onyx/change-log/#contents-179-preview12

Responsive Panel Interface
Responsive Panel Interface - this is NOT COMPLETE despite having been marked thus, The tabbed interface portion is but that doesn't help server administrators who are on stuck on their phone desperately trying to update something simple in the panel.
Currently the panel uses framesets (you may not have heard of them - they were invented in the dark ages my King Arthur). We need a true responsive interface!9 votesThis feature is already implemented in the upcoming Plesk 12.1 release. We encourage you to check the implementation in one of upcoming Plesk previews and let us know what you think.

endusers should be able to change the php version
There should be an option to allow the php Version of a website by the enduser so the admin does not always have to change it for each and every user on request.
1 voteThis has been possible for a long time in several recent Plesk versions https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/onyx/customer-guide/websites-and-domains/hosting-settings/web-scripting-settings/php-settings.70742/

Editing Multiple Files on Code Editor.
At we need to do some small changes when we are on the go & we need to edit multiple files then it actually becomes a headache as we need to edit a file remember what has been edited [and all the previous function names and classes] close and open another file change accordingly.
It is difficult on large projects especially when debugging as we need open same file multiple times for reference.
So a option to "Edit in a New Tab" is a good way and also would be nice if it happens in code editor instead of text…
