Allow installing Windows updates from Plesk.
This will meet your motto "Plesk. Being the only OS agnostic platform" :)

Display custom settings and changes when service plan is changed and synced
When Service plan is changed and synced to subscription, custom settings for very subscrition should be marked and if you want to preserve you check them or cancel them if you do not.
This way is more transparente, what can you loose or miss when you are changing Service plans and syncing.

FTP setting should be managed from Plesk Gui.
There should be a checkbox to set active/passive/both mode of connection and ability to set passive ports range directly in Plesk.

Disable native "PHP settings" button if LVE Manager is installed in CloudLinux
My situation:
CoudLinux with LVE manager is installed and PHP version is being chosen in PHP selector. Now it is hard to explain to my customers what exactly button should be clicked when there are two icons with the same functionality available:
- PHP Settings (native Plesk's button)
- PHP Selector (Button which becomes available once lvemanager is installed in CloudLinux). And I suggest you to disable the native button "PHP Settings" once lvemanager is installed. In order not to confuse customers.
Or at least you can add a checkbox "Turn off native php settings button". For example under Tools&Settings…

System Updates and Extension Updates History
It would be nice to have a simple listing of the last 30 days or so history of System Updates and Extension Updates. Currently when Plesk updates System components or extensions automatically, we're left wondering what was updated, unless we dig into the server logs via command-line. Thanks for all your hard work BTW.

Autosave a shadow copy (local storage perhaps) of an ongoing edited file to prevent data loss in case of session timeout
My suggestion lies on the fact that I indeed lost my work on a php file that was open in the code editor, when I absent-mindedly pushed the "Apply" button on the text editor and realized with horror that my admin session timed out and I was returned to the unmodified version of the file once logged back in.
It would be convenient to autosave in the background ongoing changes of a text file that is bound to change once opened in the editor, in order to prevent data loss.

Custom Bookmarks on homesite / start-screen
It would be a good idea to put the bookmarks back in the panel. In some earlier versions of plesk ( 9 or ten i think) we could generate a bookmark for every website of the plesk-system (i.e. a special hosting or a database) wich enable a solution for 1click administration of our most used actions in plesk.
thanks for bring it back again!
