  1. manage root user event handlers **VIA THE UI** without blocking their existence entirely

ability to block access to create / manage root user event handlers VIA THE UI without blocking their existence entirely (i.e. so that CloudLinux installer would work, which I presume creates the event handlers via CLI, but the Plesk admin would not have access via UI to touch them or create event handlers of their own that would effectively give them root access to the underlying server).

  2. Add option to hide DKIM management

We haven an external DNS cluster and an external customer panel in which customers can manage things like DNS records etc.

We have implemented a function through which we can let the customer enable DKIM through the external panel, which enables it on the Plesk server, retrieves the key, and adds the key to the zone on the DNS cluster

In order to avoid conflicts and confusion we would like to hide the DKIM settings in Plesk for the customer on the subscription level.

  3. Add customer number to frontend

There already is an API field for the customer number. Why can't I set this through the UI?
Would be critical for us to be able to automate billing.

  4. Usage of "Quick Preview" DNS should be made more clear.

The fact that Plesk must be the DNS server for the "Quick Preview on a domain in Plesk" option should be underlined and more prominent in the interface. The necessity of a Wildcard SSL cert should be clearer too. That would help your clients and avoid some tickets to Plesk support.

  5. Custom color wheel for private branding

Currently, Plesk provides only two options for branding customization, which can be limiting for users managing multiple internal companies with distinct branding needs. I propose the addition of a custom color wheel for private branding in Plesk.

This feature would allow administrators to choose from a broader range of colors, offering more flexibility in aligning the Plesk interface with specific company branding. For users handling multiple companies, this customization option would be a significant improvement, making it easier to differentiate between brands.

  6. Display MySQL/MariaDB versions with warnings for unsupported versions in the Dashboard

Many users run unsupported versions of MySQL or MariaDB, leading to issues such as failed updates or database errors. Since Plesk only supports LTS versions of MySQL/MariaDB, it's important to make this clear to administrators.

I propose adding the following improvements to the Dashboard:

    • Display the installed MySQL/MariaDB version directly on the Dashboard.
    • Include warnings for unsupported MySQL/MariaDB versions, with a color-coded alert system similar to the OS warnings.

These warnings should also link to support articles that explain the importance of running supported database versions and provide instructions for updating to a supported version.

    By implementing this, administrators can…

  7. Add warnings for unsupported operating systems in the Dashboard

Many Plesk users continue to run outdated operating systems, which often results in non-functional repositories, failed updates, or even security risks. While the current Dashboard displays "Server Information," including the OS version, it lacks any warnings about the support status of the operating system.

I propose adding the following to the Dashboard:

    • Display an orange warning when the OS has 6 months or less of support remaining.
    • Display a red warning when the OS is end-of-life and no longer receives updates.

These warnings should include links to support articles explaining the risks and offering steps to update or migrate the…

  8. Code Auto Indent

Automatically indenting code will be a very useful feature, similar to various other IDEs such as Notepad++ & VSCode to name a few. It will help in keeping the code aesthetic & clean and also allow the next person who will work on it to get a very quick understanding of the "flow of logic". Thank you.

  9. Show current version in the bottom of client panel

I'm using a dedicated server from an ISP. I would like to see in the current version and name of plesk in the client panel.

I added an example image, please review it.

  10. CLI command to activate inactive scheduled tasks

Create a Plesk command like "plesk bin task_manager --start-inactive" that can activate inactive scheduled tasks.

  11. Display full cronjob output when running cronjob manually in Plesk

Currently when manually starting a scheduled task in Plesk the script/command output is cut off when the output is long. It would be helpful if the full output could be displayed. That would make debug for example much easier.

  13. Add ability to change maillog location

Currently maillog location is hardcoded as /var/log/maillog used by many services as fail2ban, statistics, etc. and cannot be changed
At the same time on high-loaded mailserver this log can consume a significant amount of space

  15. Show timestamp on plesk notifications & timeout for disappearance

Plesk should include timestamps on each notification that pops up.
We as plesk administrator should have an option to enable pop up timeout to appear in the ui and set it by seconds/hours.

For example, if you add a domain and a pop up of failed SSL installation appears will make customers wonder if there's a problem and contact support.

If you installed a new wordpress instance, the pop up shows that wordpress was installed, but when?

If there was a problem running any task, a pop up will appear and stay there no matter what, even if it was…

  16. Add a "Status" column in the Scheduled Tasks (Cron Jobs) list

The status of a task is currently indicated by a grey or green icon in the "Schedule" column.
It is typical for number of servers to have numerous tasks (let's say.... a bunch of them!)
Adding the availability to sort tasks by their status will be a great help.

Thank you for your idea. We understand that you would like to have the status icon in a separate column, making it possible to sort all jobs by their status "active" or "inactive". We will consider this functionality in upcoming releases if it will be popular.

Everyone, please continue voting for this feature if you consider it important.

  17. Allow user to set timezone for File manager

It would be extremely helpful to be able to set the timezone in the File manager. Currently the file manager shows the file timestamp in the timezone where the server is running. A user is not always aware of the physical location of the server to which they have logged in.

There should be a setting (or a toggle) on the file manager to allow the user to see the timezone that is being used for display. It would be even better to allow the user to set the timezone for which they wish to see the timestamps. The optimal…

  18. Display the number of subscriptions for a Customer

When viewing the list of customers, a few domains are listed.
But the NUMBER of subscriptions for each customer should be a new column, and a very useful one!

  20. Add curresponding CLASS / ID to each page in plesk

In order to support custom css themes, there should be a top class / id that represents the page we're viewing right now.
There is no way to say via CSS that we view smb/web/view or any other page. So Custom CSS rules are applied broadly to all pages, which limits the option to hide elements, add "::before, ::after" content, redesign specific pages and not all pages with certain CSS rules.

    How should it be implemented:
You can implement page classes / ids in the html tag or body tag or right after body tag.
    For example:
    1. In "smb/web/view",…
