  1. Add curresponding CLASS / ID to each page in plesk

    In order to support custom css themes, there should be a top class / id that represents the page we're viewing right now.
    There is no way to say via CSS that we view smb/web/view or any other page. So Custom CSS rules are applied broadly to all pages, which limits the option to hide elements, add "::before, ::after" content, redesign specific pages and not all pages with certain CSS rules.

    How should it be implemented:
    You can implement page classes / ids in the html tag or body tag or right after body tag.

  2. Sort resellers/customers/subscriptions by disk usage in Plesk

    Add a possibility to sort resellers/customers/subscriptions by disk usage at Tools & Settings > Summary Report > Full Report (in the drop-down menu)

  3. Add ability to change maillog location

    Currently maillog location is hardcoded as /var/log/maillog used by many services as fail2ban, statistics, etc. and cannot be changed
    At the same time on high-loaded mailserver this log can consume a significant amount of space

  4. Add a "Status" column in the Scheduled Tasks (Cron Jobs) list

    The status of a task is currently indicated by a grey or green icon in the "Schedule" column.
    It is typical for number of servers to have numerous tasks (let's say.... a bunch of them!)
    Adding the availability to sort tasks by their status will be a great help.

    Thank you for your idea. We understand that you would like to have the status icon in a separate column, making it possible to sort all jobs by their status "active" or "inactive". We will consider this functionality in upcoming releases if it will be popular.

  6. Allow user to set timezone for File manager

    It would be extremely helpful to be able to set the timezone in the File manager. Currently the file manager shows the file timestamp in the timezone where the server is running. A user is not always aware of the physical location of the server to which they have logged in.

    There should be a setting (or a toggle) on the file manager to allow the user to see the timezone that is being used for display. It would be even better to allow the user to set the timezone for which they wish to see the timestamps. The optimal…

  7. Show timestamp on plesk notifications & timeout for disappearance

    Plesk should include timestamps on each notification that pops up.
    We as plesk administrator should have an option to enable pop up timeout to appear in the ui and set it by seconds/hours.

    For example, if you add a domain and a pop up of failed SSL installation appears will make customers wonder if there's a problem and contact support.

    If you installed a new wordpress instance, the pop up shows that wordpress was installed, but when?

    If there was a problem running any task, a pop up will appear and stay there no matter what, even if it was…

  8. Editable Admin interface colours

    Add the simple ability to change the colour of the background of the left column in the Plesk admin interface. I have two identical plesk accounts. One for testing, one for live. If the admin nav columns were two distinctly different colours, I wouldn't need to keep looking at the URL.

  9. Display the number of subscriptions for a Customer

    When viewing the list of customers, a few domains are listed.
    But the NUMBER of subscriptions for each customer should be a new column, and a very useful one!

  10. Application pool status page

    It would be very handy to be able to look at the memory usage/footprint of the application pool and its associated IIS Worker Processes to help to monitor potential web application issues.

    It would also be nice to be able to see the last time the application pool was started/restarted

  11. Add select tick box to search results to allow action on multiple files

    It is possible to select multiple files and delete them in Plesk File Manager.
    However, if you search files, then the result doesn't have checkboxes to select multiple files. Therefore if it is required to delete all ".htaccess" (or any other) files, I can find them but I would need to delete them one by one.

  12. Add linting (Prettier/Beautifier) to coding fields for Apache/Nginx header and PHP.ini editor, etc.

    Could you add to the php.ini edit interface a linter like Prettier or Beautifier (I do not mind which, just one of them) to any code boxes within Plesk. The ones I use most regularly are PHP.ini and those below, but I am sure there might be others around the interface, and maybe there is some equivalent for the firewall rules interface too.

    This would just cut the risk of making mistakes there and make the whole thing a whole lot better to use if you want to do stuff 'in the tool' that are relatively minor. Yes, I know…

    Would be great to allow selecting what columns to display in the Domains or Site list.

    Column suggestions:

    • Site name (user customizable)
    • Domain name
    • Type
    • Status
    • PHP version
    • Server (apache/nginx)
    • Location (if multiple site locations are allowed)
    • Traffic
    • Size (including files + database, why is it always calculating incorrectly for subdomains?)
    • URL
    • wp-admin url if wordpress
    • Wordpress toolkit link - directly to this site
    • Date created
    • SSL status

  15. Create a "grid" of permissions where admin can enable or disable parts of menus related to the Service Plan

    Can be really usefull increase details of personalizations of the customer's menus, for example:
    into smb/iis-app-pool/settings/id (AppPools Settings) to allow to recycle it but not to create a new one
    For example, if customer creates a subdomain, it can also create a dedicated appPool for it and this can create problems in some envs.

    Our suggestion is to create a "grid" of permissions where admin can enable or disable parts of menùs related to the Service Plan, as happens now but much more granular

  16. Full path to opened file

    Not a revolutionary idea but it might be helpful...
    When the user opens a file in File Manager, only the file name appears at the top left. I suggest to show also the full path since a given file name (e.g. index.php) may appear in multiple folders.

  17. Export filtered results from Log Browser into a file

    It would be nice to be able to download a large number of logs from the Log browser. Currently, there are only two options:

    1. See logs in Log Browser and apply filters
    2. Download the whole log file via File manager.

    What is required is to download filtered results from Log Browser.

  18. Manage add-on and subdomains under an extra tab on the domain details page

    At the moment of writing I have 49 domains and almost all of them either have addon domains and subdomains, and when I log in in plesk and go to domains that list gets long and it is not user friendly at all if you God forbid you need to edit addon domains/subdomains of specific main Domain as interface is not friendly.

    I was curious why you did not added new tab with Addon and subdomains so it is easy to add and manage them under selected domain?

  19. Have some setting to limit days and timeframe of any updates

    To have some settings to limit any kind of updates to be installed in the server like:
    Day of the week, hour timeframe.
    There's such settings in panel.ini but only for Plesk updates. I'm missing the same for System Updates and Hotfixes.

    Currently, only major updates can be scheduled as described in https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/12377016862103-How-to-manage-date-and-time-for-Plesk-autoupdates- and the forum thread https://talk.plesk.com/threads/update-times.355417/. System package updates and minor updates are not affected.

    This feature asks to also provide a setting where sytsem package updates and minor Plesk updates can be scheduled. This is a valid request. We will consider this functionality in upcoming releases if it is popular. Everyone, please continue voting for this feature if you consider it important.

  20. File Manager/code editor save the last used directories

    And would be save sometime if you have anested folder structure to fastly navigate to the last used folders.

    Maybe you could use the same logic as for the quick Change for Domains but instead of domains you could directories
