Make it easy to install a licence once you buy it
After purchasing a licence which was not made easy from within the trial as no links make it intuitive I now have a licence to install. So another half hour wasted trying to find out how to activate the licence as no clear links in it. I found version 9.5 much easier. Still don't know how. grrrr

Update your support for statistics engines
There are so many great statistics packages out there, but your current ones like Urchin don't even exist and are no longer available. Give us better statistics options for our customers.

'Park' feature in Plesk
Many users want to 'park' their sites on our servers.
They want to be able to add these sites to their Google Adsence or other sources to make money while their sites are 'parked'.
I suggest the idea that Parallels Plesk team make a 'Park' feature in Domain Config. The 'Park' feature should have a page by itself where keys, metatags, etc, can be added. The 'Parked' sites should be able to be cloned to other 'Parked' sites so they can add more 'Parked' sites easily, while bringing over to their newly added "Parked' sites their google account data, or…1 voteUnfortunately, we have to close your request, because over the years it has not become quite popular for further implementation.

Auto-update applications is crazy
Today I received a wonderful update Parallels Panel, but I see that has been established automatically automatic application update (which can be disabled) I think it's crazy. The right thing is to inform the user that an update and the user decides he wants to do

Webmail branding
I know that you can apply custom branding to Panel however I would like to see this extended to webmail. I'm currently on 11 and using AtMail which I have managed to get my own branding onto to an extent but it's a bit of a faff to do. I know 11.5 uses Roudcube so I hope it can also be customised. Some options in the 'branding' section of Panel would be very helpful. Thanks.

I use Plesk (Linux) since 2004. Nearly 10 years.
The UI Plesk simplifies actions and interventions on the server other than via access SHELL.
However, as we are not perfect;-), ergonomics must be simple to understand and not increase the learning curve. Sometimes it is easier to go through the terminal to perform an action that via PLESK.

Which possible candidates for dashboard you would suggest? What are missing functions of the dashboard from your point of view?
2) One sign on to switch Plesk to Plesk Billing Admin
I think Plesk 10.4 and 11.0 already have single sign-on for Plesk and Plesk Billing. Would you mean anything else?
3) Improved presentation on the dashboard of updates => a red light to prevent an update + [removal functions notify] + [removal modes updating]. Just put a function [SETTING]

Service Binding to specific IP address
Zimbra is a great mail server solution, and it works great with Plesk if you can bind services from each to their own IP address. This can be done manually. But it brought to my attention the need to have this ability within Plesk without having to tinker with the conf files.

Add option to skip disk calculation prior to Plesk Migration
For very large migrations, this step takes too long (30min - 1 hour)
We have to ability to create very large disks, and re-size them later, so there is no need for us to calculate space beforehand (we just do a df -h and provision 3x what is used).1 voteUnfortunately, this functionality does not seem to be popular or in-demand

CBM API Example Source Code in PHP - URGENT
Right now, there is not really any sample code on creating a customer & subscription in CBM, although there is an example on doing this directly in Plesk panel.
Please provide some sample code in PHP for CBM create customer, create subscription, check outstanding invoice amount, add invoice credit, and apply invoice credit
The more sample code the better.

On the subscription page in Plesk when viewing a subscription - Have a link to PREVIEW URL. This will save the extra clicks of having to click HOSTING Settings > then copy the PREVIEW URL manually

Provide spinner icon when panel is loading
It would be great if you could provide a spinner or some kind of cursor so users can tell when the panel is doing something.

Outgoing IPs patch for Qmail - long overdue
Not an original but have been waiting for a Plesk Qmail update to accommodate the most common scenario - servers hosting dozens of outgoing IPs for different clients but generic Qmail only allows one sender in the envelope. Someone created the outgoingips patch to Qmail but that involves patching in latest Plesk changes to Qmail. This is long overdue

Make component install check licence prior to install
.. and warn if licence needs upgrade.
Our licence is supplied by a 3rd party hosting company and cannot be upgraded. It's frustrating to install a component to find you can't get it to work.
