  1. Include mail enabled/disabled in Action log

    Plesk does not include events about enabled/disabled mail service per domain in action log. So if mail is disabled/enabled on domain by someone, there is no way to see that. It should be included in action log.

  3. Implement the possibility to limit resellers' plan by the server administrator.

    Now, service plans offered by the resellers can be modified by themselves and propose resources over reseller's service plan offered by Plesk's admin.

    It would be good if the resources the resellers can offer in their service plan could not be "unlimited" anymore, but with the maximum caped to what's set by Plesk's administrator.

  4. Retrieve RAM memory usage and other server hardware information via Plesk API

    It will be helpful to retrieve the RAM memory usage and other server hardware information via Plesk REST API in order to implement hardware monitoring.

  5. Provide command-line tools to disable Modsecurity rules by ID

    Currently, it is only possible to do via psa database query and subsequent 'plesk bin server_pref --update-web-app-firewall'.

  6. Insert username in physical path of users's virtual host

    Would be great to make virtual host's directories structure depending on username instead of main domain name. Or make it a switching option. Or add username in a path.
    Examples:
    <plesk_vhosts_dir><username><docroot>
    or
    <plesk    vhostsdir><username><maindomainname><docroot>
    In order the structure of virtual hosts and related users would be clearer,

  7. Hide Logs button from a subscription's domains

    An option in Plesk to hide logs button, for example: No permission enabled to see logs, no logs button available for a client in Plesk for his domains.

  9. Set the root directory to INBOX in mail autodiscover for Outlook

    By default, the Mail Audodiscover function does not set the Root folder path to "INBOX" in Outlook, which results in an odd directory structure:

    Inbox
    Drafts
    Sent
    Trash
    Spam
    Outbox

    Please provide a way to configure this without having to manually edit the mail server configuration files.

  10. Version selection for Nextcloud Extension

    Often the new versions of Nextcloud are not compatible with some plugins, so an option to select the major version to be installed would be useful

  12. Allow configuring additional storage for Acronis Backup extension users

    Acronis allows setting up additional storages for backups https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/AcronisCyberCloud/#managing-locations-and-storage.html

    Currently, the way Plesk defines integration with Acronis, Acronis extensions users can't do this.

  13. Add ability to brand Plesk footer links

    Add the ability to custom brand the Plesk footer links rather than just hide them.

    Also add the ability to add extra links.

    Branding is important.

  14. Enable setting the default (and a custom) max-age value for HSTS in the SSL-IT! plugin

    The Dutch web application guidelines (https://www.ncsc.nl/documenten/publicaties/2019/mei/01/ict-beveiligingsrichtlijnen-voor-webapplicaties) prescribe a minimun max-age of one year (max-age=31536000). The default in the SSL-IT! plugin is 6 months. There is no option for one year, but there is an option for two years.

    I would like to be able to set the default value and add custom values to choose from. I would also very much appreciate to be able to set those through the CLI.

  15. MySQL change the charset

    Allow to chose another charset when creating a database or do not set one.

    Plesk does use:
    "CREATE DATABASE databasename /*!40101 default charset=utf8 */"
    And with this does overwrite when the MySQL config was changed to use utf8mb4 for example.

    Or allow to choose a charset on creation or create DBs with:
    "CREATE DATABASE databasename"

  16. Change password type in Backup Settings via CLI

    Currently, it is only possible to change this setting via Tools & Settings > Backup Manager > Settings > Backup Security Settings > Password type
    In case of deploying multiple servers it becomes very time-consuming, so it would be useful to add the ability to change this setting via CLI

  19. Access external email address on mailbox trough RCP XML API

    Since Plesk 17.9 users can specify an external email address on a mailbox which will be used to reset the password if they lose access to the primary email address.

    It would be nice if this external email address could also be read, set and changed trough the RCP XML API.

  20. Apply SELinux policy for custom vhosts directory

    Currently Plesk has predefined SELinux policies for default location of vhosts directory (/var/www/vhosts). If virtual hosts directory changed to custom one, it is needed to disable SELinux (set to permissive), for correct websites working capacity. It would be great to change transvhosts.pl script that policies for /var/www/vhosts will applies to custom vhost directory.
