  2. add a general rate limit option for service connections in iptables

Similar, but not the same as proposed in https://plesk.uservoice.com/forums/184549-feature-suggestions/suggestions/46431970-add-rate-limiting-rules-to-fail2ban

    Problem:
Scrapers and bad bots are reacting to an increased propagation of Fail2Ban bad bot rules. Their new tactic is to collect a number of domains hosted on the same ip address first, then to send burst style requests to all these domains "at once" so that they get a response before Fail2Ban rules kick in to ban the ip address of the requestor. Since 3/2025 in some cases it has been observed that these attack style bursts can be so massive that they drive up the cpu usage of a…

  4. Limited service plans for resellers

Resellers can now create their own service plans. It would be a good addition that resellers can only use predefined service plans, so that hosting providers have more control on eg. CPU and memory allocation.

  5. MFA extension does not generate security codes

Most accounts with MFA have the option of generating emergency one-time codes to ensure continuity of the account. Currently, If one user loses its MFA device, the extension has to be reinstalled, which will cause all users having to reset their tokens,

This is a valid request, so we'll look into it. There is no ETA at the moment, but we would really appreciate you voting for this request so that we can accurately assess its popularity relative to other features. Thanks in advance!

In the meantime, if a particular user loses access to their MFA device, you can deactivate MFA only for that particular user by:

    1. Logging into Plesk panel as the admin user
    2. Navigating to Extensions > Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) > Accounts tab
    3. Clicking on the Minus icon next to the corresponding user.

It is not necessary to completely reset MFA and affect all users on the server.

  6. Option to disable image optimization in Sitejet galleries

Currently, Sitejet galleries apply automatic image optimization including resizing and cropping. While this works well for most use cases, it introduces issues for specific workflows where image quality is critical — for example, high-resolution photography or imported images that were already optimized.
We suggest adding a checkbox to disable image optimization per gallery image, similar to how the “Optimized” toggle is being considered for regular image elements. This would allow developers and designers more control over the final output.

  9. Allow importing external DNSSEC keys (KSK/ZSK) into Plesk DNSSEC interface

Allow importing external DNSSEC keys (KSK/ZSK) into Plesk DNSSEC interface

Currently, Plesk’s “Use Existing Keys” DNSSEC feature only works if keys were previously generated by Plesk itself and are already present in its internal database.

There is no way to import an externally generated KSK/ZSK key pair into Plesk’s DNSSEC interface, which makes DNSSEC domain migrations difficult. Users are forced to either rotate the keys and notify the parent zone (risking downtime) or perform manual workarounds outside the GUI.

It would be valuable to add a supported method in Plesk to import legacy DNSSEC keys, allowing seamless migration of already-signed…

  10. Digital Ocean DNS extension Moving domains to default DO Project

At the moment, any domains created in plesk and sync'd to Digital Ocean get put into the default project/container. There is no way to specify the destination project.

If you then go into Digital Ocean and move the domain to the correct project/container and then go back to plesk and make any dns change and click update, it resyncs to Digital Ocean and moves it back to the default project/container.

This means that Digital Ocean DNS extension for Plesk currently does not support the usage of a project different from Default in DigitalOcean. that makes organizing things harder and it…

  11. Bypass MFA requests from IP ranges feature for MFA extension

Develop a feature for MFA extension to bypass MFA requests for certain IP addresses ranges. It's justified by having some users access Plesk from internal network which is considered trusted and thus do no require MFA.

  14. Get list of domain aliases via cli

Currently it is possible to list all domains via plesk bin site --list but this command doesn't return domain aliases.
There is another command plesk bin domalias but it doesn't support --list option.

Please provide a way to list domain aliases via CLI without using access to DB.

  15. Add the ability to limit swap under Cgroups Control Manager

When cgroups v2 is engaged under Cgroups Control Manager in Plesk, it's able to only control MemoryMax variable on the user slice which happens to be RAM memory. Add a feature of limiting the amount of swap usage as well which happens to be a MemorySwapMax variable in order to prevent subscriptions from occupying all swap when the limit on RAM was reached.

Currently, Plesk Migrator does not properly transfer automatically issued certificates (Let's Encrypt).
This request is to improve the migration process and ensure that automatically issued certificates (Let's Encrypt) are fully functional after migration.

  17. Create a BIND-independent SSL It! mode

As of now SSL It! requires an active BIND (DNS) service to function, as it relies on DNS validation to issue and renew certificates. This dependency is hardcoded into the extension’s logic to ensure compatibility with certificate providers like Let’s Encrypt and to maintain secure, automated certificate management.

The idea is to allow for this feature to be able to disable this hardcoded logic, which requires active BIND service to update the DNS in certificates.

  18. restart cookie expiration time of 2FA (Google Authenticator) after a successful login

It is already possible to have the cookie of the 2FA login expire after n days. But for admins who work on many servers, this still causes unnecessary extra work once that time frame expires. Because then they will be prompted to enter the 2FA code again, and this happens on all the servers they operate. It adds up to a lot of wasted work time.

Instead, the cookie expiration could be reset to n days after each successful login. Example: A user sets the expiration to 90 days, but on day 81 the user logs in without having to…

  20. Manage Windows Firewall Rules via Plesk CLI utilities

While firewall settings can be adjusted via the Plesk GUI, users who prefer automation and scripting are forced to use Windows PowerShell instead of Plesk’s built-in CLI.

Currently, there is no direct way to:

Add, modify, or remove Windows Firewall rules via Plesk CLI.
Disable or change default firewall rules, unlike in the GUI.
