Bring Back Spam Filter Training
As I suggested to Plesk via Facebook:
Just simply bring back a feature you had in the past - manual spam training. But make it for the entire server, not just for individual domains.This makes it easier to control server wide.
If you don't recall the feature - it showed email address and subject line. There was a checkbox to mark it as spam for the filter to learn.
No need for Sensitivity Filters - this concept is flawed at best.
1 votePlesk has daily task to check all mailboxes and learn SpamAssassin according content of Spam directories . So if you want to mark mail as spam – move it to Smap directory.

allow username to be changed
I just joined Host Gator. The username for my control panel, Plesk, or whatever you call it is a random combination of characters and numbers. It was assigned by the system upon opening the account which was fine for that purpose. But I would REALLY like to be able to change it to something more memorable. However, if I understand the KB article concerning same, this is not possible for shared accounts.

a way to retrace steps configuration Plesk panel
I have noticed that its sometimes dificult to remember changes I have done in the Plesk Panel. If there is a way to retrace my steps, this would help find a mistake easier.

Alerts sent to webmasters
It would be good if alerts for subscription overuse such as breaching of space utilisation could be optionally sent to other user groups such as users who are set at webmasters.
Currently the alerts are only sent to Administrators.

Dropbox overwriting the old backups.
Hi
No way to specify how many are created before overwriting the old back ups
I back up my website daily and I want to have at least 7 backups available in dropbox.
It should not overwrite my 7 old backups of same website.
Is there any other way?

1 voteDropbox has a Version History feature that allows to recover any version of a file within past 30 days (for free account).
The feature’s advantage is that previous files are not counted in quota.
Dropbox Backup extension allows to restore it directly from Plesk.

To access the Plesk default configuration of port 8443 must be used yes . This port is for example of many commercial firewalls IWSS blocked - usually it is not possible einzuloggen- located in Plesk as it looks from the panel access via an alternative address , for example : to enable https://www.meineadresse.de/zugang/ . rather than via the port 8443
