Provide the ability to delete past backups -- this can help free space
I would like to have the Chance to delete past backups .. this makes space Administration easier

You should include a option in the service plans to add automatically a dedicated IPv6 for that subscription
Why would you want to share IPs with IPv6?
I think this option is a must. Plesk should assign a dedicate IPv6 per domain automatically.
It is definitely time for IPv6 already and it was enabled in Plesk long ago, but still very slowly adopted. This could help.

Integrated Support System
How about a support system built into the panel, instead of downloading and installing OS ticket. The helpdesk could be used with separate departments and you could assign sub administrators as staff. In the user area of the panel, it could also show a list of tickets and their status on the welcome page.

Allow more customisation of Smartermail email accounts
When creating an email account in Plesk (and using Smartermail) you are limited in what details you can enter.
It would be really helpful if you could add/amend options such as Diaplay Name, reply-to email address, backup email address etc

Introduce notification threshold on disk space usage
Customers exceed the allocated disk space. A notification is sent. But customers don't want this notification when they exceed the allocation, but BEFORE they exceed it so that they can react to a warning in a timely manner and won't face overuse charges.
Why is this a problem? Some users don't check their email regularly. They feel pressured to pay an overuse fee if they are not allowed "enough" time to react to an overuse situation.
Proposed feature: A notification threshold for disk space usage should be introduced to service plans in GB or percentage or a general threshold expressed…

Under Users, add "Admin Tools & Settings" to "Open Sessions Management" to “Security Access View Active Sessions” to logoff inactive users.
Presently, if a session is interrupted, admins have no way to end an inactive user. Some times I get this:
"Warning: Another user with the same username ([shows user name here]) is already logged in to Plesk."

Add 'Show ip log' to Fail2Ban or at least the service which last triggered the ban
When an address is banned by Fail2Ban, Plesk panel only shows as info somthing like this:

filter = recidive
action = iptables-allports[name=recidive]
logpath = /var/log/fail2ban.log
maxretry = 5? could be possible to add another line like:
2024-05-03 23:22:27,997 fail2ban.actions [1120]: NOTICE [plesk-dovecot] Ban 82.61.142.122
? or a button to view all /var/log/fail2ban.log rows which mention the banned IP (82.61.142.122 in this case)
that will avoid the need to open a shell and using grep on the log files.

Add an ability to remove ?dom_name= from the appended version of the url in custom buttons
I have added a custom button for clients to check domain propogation at https://www.whatsmydns.net.
I have noticed there are a few options to add extra parameters on the custom button page.
when visiting whatsmydns I noticed the url is appended like https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/?dom_name=ywrcloud.uk once a search is performed. I am looking to change the url redirection to https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/?dom_name=ywrcloud.uk but didnt find any such option in Plesk to change the url redirection to custom settings i.e. to remove ?dom_name= from the appended version. I am using Plesk to send emails to group of 990 adresses, I have a 15000 adress base as a french elected representative. They now systematically go into spam, and many are blocked. How can I make my adress recognized so that it does not go into spam, please ?

The authorization available for creating users is the "Create and manage sites" authorization
"1-Create and manage the main site",
"2-Create and manage Subsites"
"3-Delete the sites"
there are 3 authorization divisions.

Ability to secure other subdomains than the webmail with the Plesk certificate
As MyLittleAdmin (mssql.example.com) uses the same certificate as the Plesk Interface (as the redirection is managed by Plesk), add the ability to secure other subdomains, such as mssql in Plesk for Windows to be able to access MyLittleAdmin via https without warnings.
1 voteIn the nearest future, we plan to stop shipping MyLittleAdmin with Plesk. This is because MyLittleAdmin is not in active development, and has known security issues. Instead, Plesk will provide links to downloadable clients and instructions on how to connect the client to the Plesk server. This change is currently scheduled to take place with the release of Plesk Obsidian 18.0.53 (early June 2023).
