Help GoDaddy figure out how to keep Plesk up and running
GoDaddy needs help from you guys. Not a week goes by without at least one day where the Plesk Desk never loads, or the WebStats don't update for 72 hours, or WebStats load but sub pages like "full list" of downloads won't ever load. They always are 'working on it', maybe one of your pros could give them a hand.

Is it possible to bypass the check for the IP address in Plesk?
It would be very helpful to be able to install Plesk without binding an IP address or to add an option in panel.ini to bypass the check for the IP address in Plesk.

my site keeps going down once a week. Even though I am a Premium customer. We need a way for my site to be available 24/7
I have to always login to plesk and restart my app pool. Need Plesk to catch that before I do. Customers should not have to worry about that.
