my site keeps going down once a week. Even though I am a Premium customer. We need a way for my site to be available 24/7
I have to always login to plesk and restart my app pool. Need Plesk to catch that before I do. Customers should not have to worry about that.

If app pool requires a constant restart, it means that something is wrong and is not working properly. It is question of technical support. To solve your issue, please browse https://kb.plesk.com for Knowledge Base articles that might have a solution. If you don’t have any luck there, open https://cscontact.plesk.com/ and file a ticket. We are closing your request as it doesn’t include any software improvement proposal.
