I wish that the accessibility for the web interface for customer/subscription creation could be improved for screen reader users.
When I first used Plesk as a screen reader user (blind here) everything was smooth for me; I could create a subscription, add a customer account etc. Now in the recent updates things have changed and I need to get sighted assistance to perform those things. My customer service is affected as it slows my workflow.
We will consider your valuable remark in upcoming releases according to the submitted internal document PPP-55218.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am also a blind user of your server administration interface. Unfortunately, I must agree that this interface is not very accessible for people with visual impairments who use a screen reader. I would greatly appreciate it if you could take action in this regard. I find it regrettable that it takes a survey to see who is interested in this issue. In my opinion, accessibility should be a given for a large company like Iris. In the EU, the Anti-Accessibility Act will come into force in 2025. By then, you should definitely adapt your administration interface. Otherwise, you could face costly fines. Therefore, I would also greatly appreciate it if you could make the interface more accessible for us blind users.
Sincerely,
Mario
