Can you clarify what scenario you are asking about? Please explain your request in more detail.
Upd:
Please look at plesk_dir\admin\logs\php_error.log and let us know if there are any issues. If you see anything suspicious, please report this on our forum at talk.plesk.com.

We have Windows server 2012, and MailEnable
I have Delete an email with plesk.
Now, when i'm login, i have error 500 page, if i refrech the page, i go to normal page.
