Introduce Email Signature/Disclaimer management
Plesk controlled signature/disclaimer management
1)per user
2)per URL
3)server wide
plesk or email in drop down and in the text field
- signature at user-level (user@sld.tld) | eg: Regards Mr. Abc
- signature at domain-level (*@sld.tld) | eg: Company xyz, Address
- signature at server-level | eg: "Nessage was tested against spam by xyz-freemail.com"
Every "snippet" should be added from level | in this example:
"regards
Mr. Abc
Company xyz
Address
Message was tested against spam by xyz-freemail.com"
A client approached me with exactly this request
what I could get working was the following:

Unfortunately it places all send email in the Inbox folder - so I had to cancel it.
Similar even more detailed / diverse is this approach.
Where one could have a general line added to every outbound email and a per URL defined version

Unfortunately my postfix knowledge is not good enough to get it all working! :( But the idea is good.

Can add an disclaimer per mailbox, per domain or for internal domain mails.

This feature would be excellent!
Only Microsoft Exchange & Google Mail have this at the moment and it would be a game-changer for Plesk. Even if it was a paid-for service per user.

This functionality is very important and urgent, mainly for the legal compliance of data protection regulations. It is urgent to have this type of function.
The notice should be configurable by domain, and have a plain text version and another in html.

Great idea... I am surprised this functionality has not been added years ago. In most companies it is policy and for companies in the EU emails should have on the company registration number, place of registration, and registered office address visible on emails.
Also it will be handy as you could a link where to report misuse of emails which would help some avoiding email blacklists.

Many times clients want to have a similar signature for all their representitives, but setting it up on the client level can be a pain. The clients can break their signatures, and differences between email clients per user can make managing a similar signature a nightmare. Having this at the server level would be a dream come true.

Sometimes companies need set a corporative signature to all users, for marketing campaign or special offers.
Add corporative signature for domain o for client may be interesting, in addition to personal signature.
