Open web sites panel with all sites collapsed (in 'Show Less' mode)
When managing multiple sites, this would make it easier to quickly scroll to a specific site. It is not necessary to see the complete selection of configuration options for every site upon startup.

Unfortunately, we have to close your request, because over the years it has not become quite popular for further implementation.

I agree. My main sites are at the bottom of the list and the panels being expanded by default means either lots of scrolling or lots of clicking to collapse panels.
