Allow managements of NodeJS apps via CLI (on/off/restart/etc)
Add a feature that would allow controlling customer's NodeJS apps (turning it on/off, restarting, etc) to avoid 'restarting' app by hand in GUI.

Please, we need a way to restart all applications. We have servers with dozens of applications, and this has been hurting our customer experience as it needs to drive manual action, application by application.
We need this feature to further consolidate plesk as a solution for our customers. -
